Far too many entirely preventable, tragic murders have taken place across our nation because of leftist, activist judges freeing known criminals. One such example happened in Florida last year, after Judge Tiffany Baker let convicted sex offender Daniel Spencer out on bond, pending sentencing. Spencer had been convicted of trying to meet an underage minor for sex. When he was released, he went home and murdered his 5-year-old stepdaughter, Missy. Today, Gov. Ron DeSantis passed Missy’s Law in honor of the little girl to prevent this from happening to anyone else.
