He is also accused of a major money laundering operation, and he pushes money toward programs that support non-white people. If you can’t defend, deflect. A local story at WCBM claims he has a money laundering scheme right in plain sight. According to the story, he pours money into an opaque nonprofit, allegedly for the children. Then half the cash goes back to Scott’s office. This story first broke at Fox Baltimore in January, and it is good to see it discussed again. No one is looking into this potential scam.
