Two illegal aliens committed murder in Fairfax, Virginia, a sanctuary county. They will only serve five years in prison for a premeditated murder. They faced forty years in prison, but Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano’s office offered them a great plea deal. They took it. Descano’s Office offered Maldin Anibal Guzman and Wis Alonso Sorto-Portillo a plea deal that included a 25-year sentence. But they will only be required to serve five of those years, including credit for time served. Meaning the men will be out in 2029. Descano could have deported at least one of these men but didn’t.
