White House Takes Brutal Dig At George Conway’s Anti-Trump Congressional Bid

Even when his then-wife was a top first-term spokesperson for President Donald Trump, attorney George Conway clung to relevance by hopping from one cable news to the next with his latest rant against the administration. Fast-forward to 2026, and Conway is doing pretty much the same thing … but this time, it’s part of a campaign to represent New York in the US House of Representatives. Fox News outlined his singular focus on getting Trump: “Hi, Donald. It’s me, George Conway. I cost you 88 f—— million dollars, and I’ve only just gotten started,” Conway said in a 60-second spot overlooking the U.S. Capitol that was rolled out on Monday. “I know you like putting your name on everything from your plane to the Kennedy Center.” “But the only thing your name is going to be left on when I’m done with you is the orange jumpsuit you’re going to have to wear in prison,” Conway continued. “And you see that building back there,” Conway added, pointing to the Capitol building. “That’s where we’re going to hold your third and final impeachment trial, the one that’s going to put you away for good, and I’m going to enjoy every minute of that.” The incendiary rhetoric didn’t get him any new fans on social media: This guy spends most of his campaign ad to try and win a seat in Congress so he can "get Trump" by… talking about Trump. Say it, say it you beta male princess. Donald J. Trump, probably the Greatest President of all time is YOUR President! — Buddy MAGA Holloway (@holloway_1952) June 16, 2026 The White House also issued a scathing statement on the matter, as The Hill reported: “Lightweight George Conway is a stupid person’s idea of a smart person,” White House spokesperson Davis Ingle told The Hill. “His severe and debilitating disease known as Trump Derangement syndrome has melted his brain and made him crazy in the head.” Conway, a lawyer seeking to succeed retiring Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.) and represent New York’s 12th Congressional District, addresses President Trump in the ad. Here’s some additional coverage of his campaign: This is a Guest Post from our friends over at WLTReport. View the original article here.
