Father Livid After Police Say They Can’t Arrest The Man Who Peed On His Family At Morgan Wallen’s Baltimore Concert
Just unhinged.
On Saturday, Morgan Wallen headlined M&T Bank Stadium with Ella Langley, Gavin Adcock, Jason Scott & The High Heat in Baltimore, Maryland, and he brought out a Ravens favorite in Hall of Famer Ray Lewis for his walk out on night 2.

While I’m sure the tens of thousands of fans had an incredible time, one family had a very unforgettable experience… but not in a good way.
TMZ reports that man allegedly peed all over a family the night 2 show, which is now under investigation by local police.
Troy Grevelding told TMZ that he was there for night 2 with his wife, brother and 8-year-old niece, and at some point doing the show, he just start urinating on them. Troy and his family, as well as another group nearby, felt it streaming down their legs.
Troy told the outlet that he and his wife could feel it running down their legs, and when he turned around, he saw that they were being peed on. Stadium security escorted the man out, but when a Maryland State Police trooper responded as well, he told them that cops couldn’t arrest the man because he hadn’t witnessed the incident himself.
Here is some footage from Fox Baltimore where Troy tells officers what happened:
“This is assault, this guy literally just pulled out his privates, urinated all over a ton of people, we all witnessed, we all seen it. They do nothing.”
Wow! A man and his family go to a Morgan Wallen concert and some guy relieved himself on them
—Naturally he calls the police, but when they arrive they tell him they cannot arrest this man due to Maryland laws.

Eventually, Troy told TMZ that a Maryland Transportation Authority Police detective found the man outside of the stadium and detained him. They also obtained a video of Troy speaking with officers about what happened and how to pursue further charges, and MDTA Police is now investigating the incident.
Troy says he thinks the man was drunk, and wasn’t supposed to even be in the seats behind him, and he had been bothering people around him all night by talking loudly on the phone and bumping into people, just generally be annoying… but obviously, nothing compares to him peeing on fans in front of him, it’s just beyond disgusting. There are no words, really.
MDTA Police tells TMZ they are:
“Aware of this incident and the video that is on social media. There is an active and open criminal investigation into this matter.”
There have been no further comments from the Baltimore Ravens or any stadium officials, but I’m sure this won’t be the end of it and hopefully the alleged suspect will be brought to justice because there is just no place for that at a concert or absolutely anywhere else.
Morgan has just five stops left on this tour, which will wrap up at the beginning of August in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at Lincoln Financial Field.
