GOP Candidate Uses Flamethrower To Symbolize What She’ll Do To ‘Grooming’ Books [WATCH]

Valentina Gomez‚ a candidate for Missouri Secretary of State‚ went viral for a video showing what she’ll do to books that are “grooming‚ indoctrinating‚ and sexualizing our children.” “When I’m Secretary of State‚ I will BURNall books that are grooming‚ indoctrinating‚ and sexualizing our children. MAGA. America First‚” Gomez wrote. “This is what I will do to the grooming books when I become Secretary of State‚” she said in the video. Gomez‚ 24‚ proceeded to burn two books with a flamethrower. “These books come from a Missouri Public Library. When I’m in office‚ they will burn‚” she said. This kind. https://t.co/p53Df9JrSU — Scott Greenfield (@ScottGreenfield) February 8‚ 2024 Fox News reports: The books featured in the video included “Naked: Not Your Average Sex Encyclopedia” written by Myriam Daguzan Bernier and “Queer‚ 2nd Edition: The Ultimate LGBTQ Guide for Teens” by Kathy Belge and Marke Bieschke. Some responses on X reported that the video was previously restricted for violating the platform’s rules against “hateful conduct.” Fox News Digital reached out to Gomez’s campaign for a comment. Gomez’s post resembled a similar one featuring Missouri state senator and 2024 GOP gubernatorial candidate Bill Eigel. In the video‚ Eigel could be seen shooting flames at cardboard boxes with state Sen. Nick Schroer‚ another Missouri Republican‚ during the St. Charles County Freedom Fest event outside St. Louis on Sept. 15. “I’d rather get one dollar from every single hard-working American watching this than create a Superpac‚” Gomez said in a prior campaign video. “Their allegiance is to the special interests. My allegiance is to the people‚ the constitution‚ and‚ most importantly‚ to God. And next month‚ I will happily accept the Republican nomination‚” she added. Fine be gay. Just don’t do it around children‚” the statement said. “Stop putting books in libraries about sexualization‚ indoctrination and grooming of children. Children need to learn mathematics‚ science‚ developing their people skills‚ getting fit‚ while protecting their innocence. Not learning the ideologies that the radical left loves to push on children. I am against all drag shows around children‚ pride flags in classrooms‚ teachers with pronouns‚ people wanting to ‘change’ genders‚ and people that can’t even define what a woman is. If genitals don’t define gender‚ how does removing them affirm it. I only fear God.” Kathy Belge‚ one of the authors of “Queer: The Ultimate LGBTQ Guide for Teens‚” said Americans “should be concerned that a candidate for public office not only thinks book burning is acceptable‚ but that it is something that will help her get elected.”
