While it might not sound pretty‚ the upcoming worm moon is going to be a beautiful sight to behold! That’s what we call the first full moon of spring. According to the Farmer’s Almanac‚ there are many different names for this moon that come from different Native American tribes. The nickname “worm moon” might refer to a couple of different bugs that come out during this time of year. Earthworms and beetle larvae both tend to make an appearance in the spring.
