Venezuelan smugglers arrested as their illegal alien passengers manage to escape Texas authorities arrested a pair of illegal aliens for smuggling fellow illegals following a high-speed pursuit that ended when their vehicle caught fire. The incident unfolded on Tuesday in Kinney County near the southern border. Texas Department of Public Safety (TxDPS) troopers attempted to pull over a suspicious Toyota Camry when the driver began taking evasive action. Footage of the ensuing chase was shared on social media by TxDPS spokesman Lt. Chris Olivarez. Two illegal aliens bailed out and tried to flee on foot while two suspects remained inside the vehicle. The driver was identified as Eduardo Jose Flores‚ an illegal alien from Venezuela who was living in Austin‚ Texas. “Flores &; his passenger‚ Luis Alejandro Basabe‚ an illegal immigrant from Venezuela who lives in Austin‚ Texas‚ were charged with evading arrest &; smuggling of persons‚” Lt.
