As shared recently, the Texas fave set a new Guiness World Record, wow.. As a music fan, I'm so happy to see legacy artists across genres excel and surpass expectations no matter how long they've been in the game. Keith Urban, the hubby of one of my favorite actresses Nicole Kidman has logged an impressive 21 Billboard Radio Airplay number ones across his impressive career. The Grand Ole Opry member also boasts 15 platinum sellers. A heartfelt congrats to both well deserved! The Hollywood Walk of Fame is a well-known landmark in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California, consisting of more than 2,690 brass stars embedded in the sidewalks along fifteen blocks of Hollywood Boulevard and three blocks of Vine Street. Each star is dedicated to a specific person or group in the entertainment industry, including actors, musicians, directors, producers, fictional characters, and more. The Walk of Fame was created in 1958 by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce as a way to honor individuals who have made significant contributions to the entertainment industry. The stars are awarded in five categories: Motion Pictures, Television, Recording, Radio, and Live Theatre/Performance. To receive a star on the Walk of Fame, a nominee must meet certain criteria, including having a minimum of five years in the relevant entertainment field, a record of significant achievements, and contributions to the community. Celebrities are typically nominated by fans, industry professionals, or studios, and a committee makes the final selection. The unveiling of a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame is often accompanied by a ceremony attended by the honoree, their colleagues, fans, and the media. It is a prestigious honor in the entertainment industry and a symbol of recognition for individuals who have left a lasting impact on the world of entertainment.
