Courteney Cox showed fans one of her favorite ways to maintain youthful looks while proving it works as she did her demonstration in a matching black bikini. The recently uploaded video shows Cox working it out in the gym, starting with arm exercises, a treadmill run, some squats and finally her anti-aging procedure. She admitted to not loving that she just turned 60 but expressed her resolve to be as fit and healthy as can be. The mother of one curled up in a freezer while wearing her swimsuit, a white facial sheet mask and a red light cap after her intense exercise session. AWESOME,” someone gushed. In Cox’s defense, her fans asked that she be granted some grace to process reality, while more trolls said she was bragging in reverse and just fishing for compliments.
