					Preserving Honeyberries With Freeze Drying!
Honeyberries are a berry that typically grows in the northern US and Canada. They are very cold hardy and a great freeze dried treat. Honeyberries are a similar to a blueberry mixed with a blackberry. They look like an elongated blueberry. We went to a neighbors farm and picked 5 pounds of berries to freeze dry for today's video. You can freeze dry many berries whole if you freeze them for 24 hours or more before freeze drying. When you expose the berries to extreme cold, the skin cracks, thus allowing moisture to escape through that area during the freeze drying process. The honeyberries turned out great and freeze drying allows you to preserve the crop for year round enjoyment. ❄️❄️Harvestright Freeze Dryers! ❄️❄️ https://affiliates.harvestright.com/416.html ??Freeze Dryer Accessories?? you see in our videos: http://www.freezedryingsupplies.com NEW! ?️?️Freeze Drying Cookbook: ?️?️ http://www.freezedryingcookbook.com AVID ARMOR chamber vacuum sealers: https://www.avidarmor.com/?aff=43 ?? get 10% off!
