The events are truly shocking. One day, 86-year-old Ned took notice of the fact that his dog was starting to get a bit fussy. Ned thought this meant he wanted to go outside, so he gathered his things to do just that. But as soon as Ned opened his front door, he was met by someone unexpected. His neighbor, Jeff Tarmey, was standing outside. He was completely naked. But this is something Ned barely had the time to comprehend because, in an instant, he was hit by a brick. Jeff continued to throw rocks, bricks, and lawn furniture at Ned, all while screaming that he was going to kill him. As you can imagine, these methods of attack were brutal for Ned.
