The show is called Secret Level and comes from Tim Miller, who—through his company Blur Studio—is also the showrunner and creator of Love, Death + Robots. Dave Wilson serves as executive producer and supervising director. “Secret Level weaves a tapestry of iconic games across multiple mediums, to tell a series of unique and captivating stories,” Amazon MGM Studios Head of Television, Vernon Sanders, said in a statement, adding that “each episode will take our global Prime Video customers on a brand new journey with breathtaking animation and imaginative storytelling.” Here are the games featured in the series’ fifteen episodes: Armored Core Concord Crossfire Dungeons & Dragons Exodus Honor of Kings Mega Man New World: Aeternum PAC-MAN PlayStation (Highlighting various PlayStation Studios beloved entities) Spelunky The Outer Worlds Unreal Tournament Warhammer 40,000 Prime Video also released a trailer for the upcoming series, which includes snippets of the upcoming episodes. I confess I know little about, well, any of these franchises. But the visuals displayed here look pretty awesome. Secret Level premieres on Prime Video on December 10, 2024.
