WBFF (Baltimore, MD) — Baltimore Police have identified the victim killed in Sunday’s mass shooting in east Baltimore as Anthony Martin, 36. Officers responded to the 1300 block of north Spring St. just after 8 p.m. after receiving multiple reports of a shooting.
