Many years back, Harvestright included an insulating door pillow with every freeze dryer. Around late 2019, there was a jump in freeze dryer sales and the insulating door pillow vanished........never to be seen again. Why did the door pillow go away? My guess is the lack of user knowledge of how to properly install and use the pillows. This was just creating too many vacuum problems and no longer worth the hassle.
