New Affordable Body Armor Plates Tested: Premier Body Armor FORTIS Line PBA's new FORTIS line of body armor plates are much more affordable then their Stratis plates. But do they work? Let's shoot them and find out. Body armor is a niche preparedness item that you may never need. But the one time you do need it, you really, really need it. So making sure that the armor you invest in actually works is a good idea. And luckily I am in a position to demonstrate the whether or not that is the case so that you don't have to.
