About a week ago, Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson’s son, Jason, shared the news about his father’s deteriorating health with the public as he claimed the TV star is currently battling Alzheimer’s disease. He also noted that due to the cognitive decline associated with his sickness, Phil Robertson will no longer be featured on the family’s podcast. In an update on the event, Phil Robertson’s son, Willie Robertson, revealed in a discussion with Fox News that the actor is “battling a lot of different things right now.” It seems Phil Robertson is nearing his final days with a long list of health problems; however, his faith remains unshaken, and he has his lovely family to depend on in these trying times.  Phil Robertson’s health update Phil Robertson/Evrett Willie noted that aside from his Alzheimer’s diagnosis, which is closely related to the “mental” decline he is experiencing now, Phil Robertson is also under investigation for suspected “ministrokes” because of blood disorders, but the specific about the condition was not provided. The businessman added that his father is also experiencing musculoskeletal pain, especially in his back, and that has the most impact on his health as of now. Phi Robertson’s back pain is as a result of a previous traumatic experience when he fractured his spine. Willie explained that the Duck star finds it “very painful” when he initiates a standing position from sitting or laying on the bed.
