Starting 2025 "single AF." Megan Moroney appeared on Sirius XM's The Highway right before the new year, where she was asked about her dating life... And she didn't hold back. The Georgia native and rising country superstar has had a whirlwind last couple years, which was ignited by the success of her debut single "Tennessee Orange," which eventually found its way to the #1 spot on the country music charts. Since then, she's released her successful debut album Lucky, as well as her sophomore album Am I Okay? earlier this year. At the end of 2024, she also put out a Christmas EP called Blue Christmas... duh, which featured an original song that fans are loving called "All I Want for Christmas is a Cowboy." Obviously, she details what kind of cowboy she wanted Santa to bring her, though it sounds like she didn't exactly get what she wanted. Meg said in the interview that she is currently "single AF," and with big tour on the horizon next year, doesn't see that changing anytime soon. She joked that she might have the bandwidth and capacity to find a boyfriend sometime in 2026: "Single AF. I feel like past last two weeks are the first time I've taken a breathe all year... so introducing, or even just trying to get to know someone right now, I'm just like, I'm just exhausted. And then I have a whole tour next year, so maybe, what, 2026? Maybe I'll get a boyfriend." I think she's got her priorities straight, and I have no doubt that when she's ready, Meg will be able to find exactly what she's looking for and have whoever she wants as a boyfriend. It's hard enough to date when you're a touring musician, and with her blossoming music career that's growing impressively, she has a lot on her plate and it makes sense that finding a guy isn't at the top of her to-do list right now. Of course, she's previously been linked to Morgan Wallen, and just this year she confirmed that they never dated "exclusively," but did have some sort of fling, though she was pretty vague and didn't give too many details on that front (very much opposite of Kristin Cavallari's recent remarks about Morgan).
