And back during the height of COVID, Carrie set off a firestorm when she liked a tweet from conservative commentator Matt Walsh speaking to his local school board opposing mask requirements for school children. Her husband, retired NHL star Mike Fisher, has also been a little less shy about sharing his political views, campaigning for Republican candidates and standing with Aaron Rodgers and opposing vaccine mandates back in 2021, releasing a passionate statement urging players to fight for their own medical freedom: “I stand with Aaron Rodgers.
