The legislation aims to protect "targeted groups" such as the Jewish community with new offences designed to address "psychological trauma from hateful rhetoric." It’s expected to be one of the first bills to pass the House of Representatives next week. UTL COMMENT:- How can you possibly define what 'hate speech' is? Is it up to who to decide??
