WATCH: Ukraine Ambassador’s Reaction As Ungrateful Zelensky Argues With President Trump

Zelensky completely blew it at the White House today, with his ungrateful, disrespectful attitude towards President Trump and Vice President JD Vance. President Trump knew it. Reporters knew it. The American people knew it. And, so did Ukrainian ambassador Oksana Markarova. Markarova was seated in the crowd, and as she watched Zelensky completely self-destruct, she looked flat-out embarrassed of her president. The Ukrainian ambassador was spotted doing a literal face palm as Zelensky continued to dig himself into a hole. Watch the viral clip for yourself here: Ukraine’s ambassador experiences that feeling when your boss makes the most colossally self-destructive pitch in White House history pic.twitter.com/XF6CTyhb6s — Mike Lee (@BasedMikeLee) February 28, 2025 The Ukrainian ambassador knew it was all over after President Zelenskyy tried disrespectful speaking over the President and VP in the Oval Office White House. That’s it! America is back! America first! No more money for Ukraine. The photo of Markarova was shared by CNN‘s Kaitlan Collins on X, formerly Twitter, and has been viewed nearly 940,000 times as of 2:40 p.m. ET. Why It Matters The Friday meeting between Trump, Vance and Zelensky was expected to focus on continued U.S. military aid to Ukraine and long-term security agreements. However, it quickly escalated into a shouting match when Zelensky pushed back against Trump’s stance on negotiating a ceasefire with Russia. After the fallout, Zelensky left the White House without signing a critical minerals deal with the United States, which Trump had demanded and suggested was a condition for future support for Ukraine. What To Know Markarova’s gesture reflected the deep frustration with how U.S.-Ukraine relations have unfolded in recent weeks. Trump has falsely blamed Ukraine for starting the Russia-Ukraine war and referred to Zelensky as a “dictator.” What was meant to be a diplomatic discussion about Ukraine’s future quickly unraveled as Trump and Vance criticized Zelensky, accusing him of using U.S. support as a “bargaining chip” in negotiations with Russia. You can literally feel her pain. — Kathy Wilkerson (@Snapkat8) March 1, 2025 Yeah, he definitely didn’t do Ukraine any favors today. — Mr. Nobody (@MrNobody6791) February 28, 2025 Zelensky is a gold digger … plain and simple … — Funky Beach (@FunkyBeaches) February 28, 2025 But, the Ukrainian ambassador wasn’t the only one in the room who looked shocked at Zelensky’s blatant disrespect.
