Since their divorce, Musgraves has had a relationship with writer Cole Schafer, but after two years together, they too called it quits. After their relationship Musgraves told The Cut that she’s an “all in” girl when it comes to relationships.  “Whenever I’m in a relationship, I’m all f—ing in. After divorce, it’s like: On one hand, I do want to self-protect, but at the same time, if your heart is feeling open, I think you have to just show up for it. I’m still trying to figure out the balance of that.” Given it’s been some time since her last public relationship, who knows, maybe Musgraves is going through a dry spell and really was just being honest with her fans.
