And yet everyone who lies to Charlie, in this new look at Poker Face’s second season, is just so gosh dang charming about it. A sly little child! Alia Shawkat! Cynthia Erivo! Probably this alligator, too! And John Cho, just absolutely determined that he’s going to get away with it. I’d watch a clip show that’s just Charlie calling people out. Everyone. There are so many people we could use her powers on. Anyway. The series, which comes “from the mind of Rian Johnson” and the showrunning powers of Tony Tost, has an astonishing list of guest stars for its second season, all of whom will presumably lie to Charlie about something.
