Hillary Clinton Sparks Outrage Defending Verified MS-13 Member Deported for Domestic Abuse Allegations
Hillary Clinton is facing a storm of backlash after defending a confirmed MS-13 gang member who was deported from the United States, despite a criminal record and verified gang ties. Clinton’s public support for the individual has left many Americans asking how far the left will go to oppose immigration enforcement—even when it involves domestic violence and foreign terrorist organizations.
Clinton Defends Gang Member With Shocking History
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton took to social media to protest the deportation of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an illegal alien and confirmed MS-13 member who lived in Maryland for over 15 years. Garcia was removed from the U.S. earlier this year, prompting Clinton to claim his deportation represented the beginning of “authoritarianism.”
“If they can ship Kilmar Abrego Garcia to a foreign prison—accused of no crime, with no trial—they can do it to anyone,” Clinton wrote, drawing immediate outrage from conservatives who pointed out that Garcia had already faced multiple legal proceedings and had a protective order filed against him by his wife in a domestic abuse case.

DHS: He’s a Verified Member of a Terrorist Organization
The Department of Homeland Security confirmed that Kilmar Abrego Garcia is a “Chequeo” or ranking member of the notorious MS-13 gang, which is now officially designated as a foreign terrorist organization by the State Department under Secretary Marco Rubio in 2025.
Garcia was arrested in March 2019 with two other confirmed MS-13 gang members and had his gang affiliation upheld by multiple immigration judges, including on appeal. These facts directly contradict Clinton’s claims of injustice and persecution.
Kilmar Abrego Garcia “is a member of MS-13, identified by the Prince George’s County, Maryland gang unit,” says @seanspicer. “So if you — the Democratic Party, AOC, Chris Van Hollen and Hillary Clinton — want to double down on that, I say, good luck, folks. Attorney General Pam Bondi made the administration’s stance clear:
“He is an illegal alien… ICE testified, and an immigration judge ruled, he was a member of MS-13. An appellate judge ruled he was a member of MS-13. Hard stop.”
Bondi stated unequivocally that Abrego Garcia will not be allowed to return, citing both his gang affiliation and national security threats under the terrorist designation.
Clinton Sides with Gang Members Over Victims?
Clinton’s decision to publicly back an illegal alien, confirmed gang member, and domestic abuser has conservatives asking whether the left has completely abandoned law-abiding Americans. The deportation followed due process, court orders, and investigations from federal immigration and security agencies.
Yet Hillary Clinton—who once ran for president twice—has chosen to champion the rights of a man tied to one of the most violent gangs on Earth, rather than stand with his American victim or the rule of law.
The message from the Biden-Clinton wing of the Democrat Party seems clear: Even MS-13 members deserve sanctuary—as long as it helps attack President Trump’s immigration policy.
