TARIFFS BACK ON: Federal Appeals Court Reinstates President Trump’s Tariffs! (Pending Appeal)
I am so happy to report a MASSIVE win that just came in for President Trump, for his tariffs, and quite frankly for this country!
Yes, it’s only temporary right now, but this is a fantastic step in the right direction.
A Federal Appeals Court has just reinstated President Trump’s tariffs after an activist lower-court issued an injunction:

Yes, the move is temporary and the final outcome of the appeal will ultimately decide the fate of the tariffs, almost certainly ensuring we eventually end up at the Supreme Court whichever way the Appeals Court ultimately rules, but this is great progress!
The tariffs can now continue, uninterrupted, as well as President Trump’s leverage in these multi-national trade negotiations.
Grok reports that President Trump’s tariffs may have already pulled in as much as $92 billion since Liberation Day:
Since President Trump’s “Liberation Day” on April 2, 2025, U.S. tariff revenue has significantly increased. According to available data:
April 2025:The U.S. Treasury Department reported $15.9 billion in tariff collections for the month, compared to $9.6 billion in March 2025.
May 2025 (up to May 8):Total tariff revenue for the year reached $46.6 billion, a 46.3% increase over the same period in 2024.
May 2025 (full month estimate):Some sources report $22.3 billion collected in May alone, bringing the total since January 1, 2025, to over $92 billion.
Combining these figures, from April 2 to late May 2025, tariffs likely generated approximately $38.2 billion($15.9 billion in April + $22.3 billion in May).
However, daily averages vary. For example, April saw figures like $918 million per day, far below President Trump’s claim of $2–3 billion daily.
Put differently and also according to Grok, the most recent data shows that tariffs are now pulling in between $500-720 MILLION per day! PER DAY folks!
Based on the most recent data, the U.S. Treasury Department reported $16.3 billion in customs revenue for April 2025, which equates to an average of approximately $543 million per day (over 30 days).
For May 2025, while exact daily figures are less precise, total tariff revenue up to May 8 was $46.6 billion for the year. Some sources estimate that $22.3 billion was collected in May alone.
Assuming May’s collections are similar to April’s daily rate and accounting for 31 days, the daily revenue rate remains in the range of $500–$720 million per day.
No wonder the Deep State Cabal hates this….because it’s working!
You can always tell what is most effective because those are the things the Deep State Cabal uses its judges to try and ban. Are you getting it yet?
What are the top two things the rogue judges keep trying to ban?
One, the deportations.
Two, the tariffs and trade deals.
So that tells you those two things are doing the absolute most damage to the Deep State’s plan to collapse America from within.

PER CURIAM.
ORDER
In the above-captioned cases, the United States Court of International Trade entered judgment against the United States and permanently enjoined certain Executive Orders imposing various tariffs. The United States moves to consolidate its appeals from those rulings and has applied for this court to stay the judgment and injunction pending these appeals and for an immediate administrative stay while the court considers that motion. The United States’s request for the Court of International Trade to grant the same relief remains pending before that court.
Upon consideration thereof,
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
(1) The motions to consolidate are granted. The appeals are consolidated, such that only one set of briefs should be filed for the appeals. The revised official caption for the consolidated appeals is reflected in this order.
(2) The request for an immediate administrative stay is granted to the extent that the judgments and the permanent injunctions entered by the Court of International Trade in these cases are temporarily stayed until further notice while this court considers the motions papers.
