"An Oregon man on Thursday admitted to brutally beating his girlfriend’s baby daughter to death in the course of a horrific sexual assault on the toddler in 2019. Russel B. D. Larsen, 25, formally pleaded guilty to one count each of first-degree manslaughter and first-degree sodomy in connection with the 2-year-old victim’s death, the Jackson County District Attorney’s Office announced.
Shockingly, an analysis performed by the Oregon State Forensic Laboratory revealed Larsen’s semen in the toddler’s mouth. An autopsy performed by the medical examiner revealed that the victim had sustained severe injuries including bruising throughout her body and “severe brain damage.”
The victim’s death was ruled a homicide caused by blunt force trauma to the head."

"A Texas man was arrested this week and accused of murdering and dismembering his wife in a motel room after she filed a police report saying she witnessed him sexually abuse a young boy.
Sean Dacko Preston was taken into custody on Wednesday and charged with one count of sexually assaulting a victim younger than 14 years old and one count of murder for allegedly killing 41-year-old Keysha Preston, city officials in Houston said in a press release.
According to court records obtained by the Houston Chronicle, investigators believe the suspect on Nov. 24 lured Keysha to his room at the Motel King located on Laura Koppe Road, where he killed her “by unknown manner and means.”
He then allegedly disposed of her body by chopping it up and stuffing it in a suitcase or duffle bag to facilitate its transportation. Keysha’s body has not yet been found, but authorities say they still have a bevy of evidence indicating she was killed by her ex-husband"

"It's critically important that Republicans recognized that this is the issue that the Democrats are going to use — whether it's the pandemic to justify changing the rules, or they're going to engage in what I call vote trafficking," Tenney told Thursday's "Stinchfield." "It is not that different than human trafficking and drug trafficking because it's illegal.
