"WKYC in Cleveland said the child was “returned unharmed” to Akron detectives about an hour after he was reported missing.
The suspect was identified Jose Castro, according to the alert he was considered armed and dangerous.
Castro, Claudio’s father, took the boy from his home on Tulip Street around 6:50 p.m"
