You can't blame Law Enforcement here. They should charge the driver with murder as well, she caused this by running. There seems to be a prevailing attitude that it is cool to run because Law Enforcement won't chase you. I know here in Dayton they seem to have 1 or 2 of these chases each week and the cops almost always discontinue the chase.
"A5-year-old girl died when the car she was in crashed into a pond during a police chase in Jacksonville, Florida, on Thursday night.
Police believed the child was in the process of being kidnapped.
As the female driver attempted to evade police, she crashed into the pond. Officers were able to find her and apprehend her.
The 5-year-old girl was not immediately discovered during this time. She was eventually found at the bottom of the pond deceased, according to authorities."

Looks like Manchin is at odds with Biden again. I have a suggestion foe Manchin, Tell Old Joe Biden that you are withholding your vote on Supreme Court unless Biden reinstates and starts wall construction again!!!!

I think this is yet, another sign that the Demoncrats are going to be demolished in the midterm elections!
