It looks like the ruling will be overturned,

"A statewide court on Friday declared that Pennsylvania's expansive two-year-old mail-in voting law is unconstitutional, agreeing with challenges by Republicans.
The decision, by a five-judge Commonwealth Court panel of three Republicans and two Democrats, would be put on hold immediately if Gov. Tom Wolf's administration files an appeal to the state Supreme Court as promised.
"The Administration will immediately appeal this decision to the state Supreme Court and today’s lower court ruling will have no immediate effect on mail-in voting pending a final decision on the appeal," Wolf's office said in a statement."

SECOND AMENDMENT FOUNDATION SUES CAL. TO PROTECT GUN OWNER PRIVACY
The Second Amendment Foundation today filed a lawsuit in San Diego County Superior Court against California Attorney General Rob Bonta, challenging the constitutionality of a recently-enacted section of the state Penal Code requiring the state Department of Justice to share private information on millions of gun owners in the state, with the California Firearm Violence Research Center and others.

Joining SAF in this action are the Firearms Policy Coalition, California Gun Rights Foundation, San Diego County Gun Owners PAC, Orange County Gun Owners PAC, Inland Empire Gun Owners PAC and Doe Brandeis, a private citizen. They are represented by attorneys Bradley A. Benbrook and Stephen M. Duvernay with the Benbrook Law Group, PC in Sacramento. The lawsuit is known as Brandeis v. Bonta.

The lawsuit contends disclosure of personal information about California gun owners under provisions of Assembly Bill 173, passed by the Assembly last year, violates their privacy rights, which are specifically protected by the state constitution. This information sharing also violates provisions of Proposition 63, the ammunition background check measure passed by voters back in 2016, which specified that personal information was to remain confidential, and shared “only for law enforcement purposes.”

“This is clearly an attempt violate the law, and the constitutional privacy rights of California gun owners for reasons we could only begin to imagine,” said SAF founder and Executive Vice President Alan M. Gottlieb. “This proves once again that gun prohibitionists are willing to trample on laws they previously passed with a new law that violates the rights of gun owners for the alleged purpose of so-called ‘research,’ the nature of which seems dubious at best.

“In their zeal to treat California gun owners as second- or even third-class citizens, anti-gunners in Sacramento forget that those citizens have rights including the right to privacy,” Gottlieb added. “More than 4 California million gun owners have a reasonable expectation that their personal information is protected by the law and the state constitution. We will not stand idly by while their privacy is violated under the guise of research that has nothing at all to do with law enforcement.”

Dear Rocky,

BREAKING NEWS: The Nebraska legislature just passed the Convention of States Resolution calling for an Article V Convention to place limits on the runaway power of the federal government!

That makes Nebraska the 17th state to join the movement, putting us halfway to the required 34 states needed to call the convention. The Senate voted overwhelmingly in our favor -- 32 YAYS - 11 NAYS.

Momentum is building.

Earlier this week, Wisconsin passed the COS Resolution, becoming state #16, and the South Dakota House passed the Resolution, moving it to the Senate for consideration.

This is our moment in history.

Empty shelves at the grocery store. Vaccine mandates stripping Americans of their freedom and livelihoods. Progressive initiatives infiltrating our schools and teaching the next generation to disdain their heritage.

We the People will not watch as the “land of the free” becomes unrecognizable. We will not stand by as our children’s futures are mortgaged away by the ruling elite.

With today’s historic victory in Nebraska, the following states are now officially united in this historic effort to end the tyranny of Washington, D.C.: Georgia, Alaska, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, Indiana, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arizona, North Dakota, Texas, Missouri, Arkansas, Utah, Mississippi, Wisconsin, and Nebraska!

This is just terrible! He is a sex offender and should have to register as one!!!

"Smith had told Newsmax's "Eric Bolling: The Balance" this month he believed jail time would be too brief and not correct his daughter's attacker's future behavior, instead urging prosecutors to issue a sentence for a residential sexual rehabilitation program as long as he would have to register as a sex offender.
But Loudoun County Judge Pamela Brooks granted the defense's request to drop the sex offender portion of his sentence during a hearing Thursday, saying she made a mistake by accepting an oral and not written motion, according to WJLA.
"My wife and I are not just heartbroken about today's ruling, we are quite frankly mad at how the justice system and the Loudoun Commonwealth's attorney has let down both our daughter, as well as the other victims of his predatory actions," the Smith family wrote in a statement to the TV station. "The person who committed these horrible crimes against these three young women will not have to bear the shame at being known as a lifetime registered sex offender, as he was originally sentenced.
"Rather, we are now concerned more than ever that this change in his legal status may put other parents' daughters at risk of harm in the future."

It looks like the Senate Repubs may have another fork to stick in Old Joe!

"Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) can reportedly stop Democrat President Joe Biden from being able to replace Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer should Breyer indeed decide to retire as expected.
…in a little-noticed backroom deal that took more than a month to hammer out, McConnell and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer agreed to a power-sharing plan in February that splits committee membership, staffs and budgets in half."
