The Ohio Senate voted thru their own version of the bill. Whichever one passes...my only fear is that our Demoncrat leaning Governor will veto it. Nothing Mike DeWhiner does surprises me any longer.

Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, on the evening of Monday, Jan. 5, was significantly longer than what Schiff read and put on screen, but Schiff erased significant portions of the text and added punctuation where there was none to give the impression that Jordan himself was tersely directing Meadows to give orders to Pence on how to handle the electoral vote certification.
In a statement provided to The Federalist via email, a Democrat spokesman for the Jan. 6 committee confessed that the committee doctored the text message…
“In the graphic, the period at the end of that sentence was added inadvertently,” the spokesman admitted. “The Select Committee is responsible for and regrets the error.”
Now that Schiff has been caught doctoring evidence, should he still be part of this commission? Imagine if a prosecutor in a criminal case was founding doctoring evidence? Not only would he be kicked from the case, but he might face charges himself.

One, I can't believe with all the 'staff' they have running around there, that they do not have someone able to step in and take over the duties of The Senate parliamentarian. Two, they will use the excuse that since he is out...let's vote it thru anyway and if something is wrong, they will fix it later which they will never do!!!!
