Bird watching may be associated with older folks, but people of all ages can benefit from admiring our feathered friends. There are countless videos online that prove why that’s the case. One of them comes from an unexpected place — the Historic Easton Cemetery in Pennsylvania. Here, they installed a birdhouse with a solar-powered camera. That way, they could get a peek into the lives of the birds that inhabit the home. Luckily, their plan was a total success! Over the course of 48 days, they were able to capture two bluebirds building a nest together. During this time, they manage to create the perfect nest, hatch eggs, and welcome several babies into the world. How cool is that? The following recipe for a four-cheese fried (grilled) sandwich is from reader Michael E., in England.
