The Louisiana House of Representatives passed legislation to require most K-12 schools to display the Ten Commandments. In humans‚ it can cause a wide range of symptoms‚ some of which may be mistaken for other diseases.” “Without treatment‚ Leptospirosis can lead to kidney damage‚ meningitis (inflammation of the membrane around the brain and spinal cord)‚ liver failure‚ respiratory distress‚ and even death‚” the CDC writes. “Human leptospirosis infections in NYC are largely associated with exposure to environments and materials contaminated with rat urine‚” the NYC Department of Health wrote.
