Massachusetts Democratic Governor Maura Healey tapped a woman she was romantically involved with for multiple years to serve on the state’s Supreme Judicial Court. On Wednesday‚ Healey officially nominated Massachusetts Appeals Court Associate Justice Gabrielle Wolohojian‚ who has served on the appeals court since 2008‚ CBS News reported. The two had previously shared a home and first went public with their relationship in 2013 when Healey ran for attorney general. “There is no one more qualified or more well-prepared to join the SJC than Justice Wolohojian. I’m proud of that nomination‚ and I’m proud of nominating someone who is so deserving and so qualified. It is what the commonwealth deserves‚” Healey said in a press conference‚ according to Fox News. Healey defended her pick‚ saying that her former partner was unanimously recommended by the five-member Judicial Nominating Commission. “Of course‚ I had a personal relationship with Judge Wolohojian for many years‚ so I happen to also know something about her character and her integrity and the kind of person she is‚” Healey added. “I don’t want the fact that she had a personal relationship with me to deprive the Commonwealth of a person who’s most qualified for the position.” In 2015‚ Boston Magazine reported that Healey and Wolohojian had been together for eight years after meeting at the law firm Hale &; Dorr where they had both worked at one time. Healey and Wolohojian then moved in together‚ living in a rowhouse in Boston’s Charlestown neighborhood. Healey‚ who became the first open lesbian to be elected governor in the U.S. in 2022‚ now lives with her partner Joanna Lydgate‚ Boston.com reported. Multiple men who identify as women took the floor in a women’s college volleyball game in Ontario‚ Canada‚ last month‚ according to reporting from conservative outlet Rebel News. Rebel News reporter David Menzies attended a game between the Seneca Sting and Centennial Colts and recorded some of the competition‚ saying that between the two teams‚ he witnessed five trans-identifying men take the floor. Three trans-identifying players on Seneca and two on Centennial were on the court for the entire game‚ and Seneca ended up taking the victory‚ Rebel News reported. Multiple other outlets‚ including The New York Post‚ Fox News‚ and The Blaze‚ also reported on the Canadian volleyball match dominated by men who identify as women. Life for conservatives can often feel like an endless series of setbacks. Professor David Richardson‚ a man of substance and excellent taste‚ was suspended from Madera Community College in May 2023 after he laid out a table of snacks for students which included a selection of Jeremy’s Chocolate. Though many of his students didn’t recognize this act of heroism for what it was‚ one disgruntled colleague – who identifies as transgender – was predictably offended and reported Richardson’s actions to the administration.  Considering this happened in California‚ and considering the political leanings of almost every institution of higher learning in the country‚ it would be logical to assume that Richardson‚ who taught at the college for 30 years‚ would lose his job over this. But just when all hope was lost‚ a light shined through. The chocolate-loving prof is back‚ baby. “I am happy and grateful to be back for all the faculty‚ staff and students who supported me while I was in exile. I wouldn’t have made it without them. But there is a new normal. I know there were a lot of people on the other side who wanted nothing more than to see me never come back‚” Richardson said of his return‚ per The College Fix. Richardson‚ who is both gay and conservative‚ was drawn not just to the deliciousness of Jeremy’s Chocolate‚ but also the way these delectable candy bars aren’t afraid to declare the truth. Madera Community College spokesman Cory Burkarth declined to comment on the matter‚ saying the institution didn’t comment on personnel decisions. This incident proves that not everyone who stands up to leftists gets defeated‚ even in a completely indoctrinated field such as academia.  Truth-tellers would be wise to send the message to more people with the miniature micro-aggression size Jeremy’s Chocolate bars. Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) did not hold back when he was confronted over his support for Israel by far-Left Code Pink protesters on Wednesday.
