Jacob McCarty hasn’t been seen since September 21, after he left his home in Corydon off of Pacer Court, the Howard Country Sheriff’s Office reports. This is totally unacceptable!!!! This man, Lt. Col Stuart Scheller, after 17 years of exceptional service to our country, made a mistake. He needs to be punished for that and was by losing his command. He does not deserve to be court martialed when his superiors, Milley and McKenzie, face no such actions. How can a man, be held in "pre-trial confinement" (solitary confinement) for speaking his beliefs. Congress needs to intervene here and help bring him American justice. What he is going through now is not that. Now, I have never served...so my opinion is without that perspective...but still does not sit right with me.
