A Frederick County man was arrested Wednesday after allegedly stealing nearly $3,000 worth of merchandise from Miller’s Ace Hardware near Stephens City. According to court records, Ellis Osborne Tevalt stole items on multiple trips to the hardware store, located at 208 Centre Drive, between March 30 and May 11.
