You can not compare Chamberlain to Biden. Chamberlain was an honest man who had seen the horrors of war and did not want the young men of his time to ever have to see such things. As such he tried his best to save the young of his day. Biden cares not a fuck about the young nor the USA. He and the people behind him have brought the world much closer to war
