Why I’m Giving Money To Donald Trump

Why I’m Giving Money To Donald Trump

I’m voting for Donald Trump in November. I’ve said this so many‚ many times at this point. I am not only voting for Donald Trump‚ but next week‚ I will also be co-hosting a fundraiser for him. This may come as a surprise to some of you. I want to tell you why we are holding the fundraiser. As you know‚ I didn’t support Trump in the primaries because I don’t endorse candidates in Republican primaries. But I do tell you who I would have voted for. And I told you I would have voted for Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida‚ if given the choice. But Ron DeSantis isn’t the nominee. Donald Trump is the nominee. And he’s facing Joe Biden‚ who is the worst president of my lifetime. And because Donald Trump is the nominee against Joe Biden‚ I won’t just vote for him. I will walk over broken glass to vote for him. I will go into my own pockets to support him‚ which is what I’m doing. My calculus is simple. America was better off under Donald Trump than it is under Joe Biden. At home‚ America was safer and more prosperous when Donald Trump was president. We did not have an open border. We were not flooding our country with at least seven million illegal immigrants overwhelming our cities‚ leaving our country wide open to the plague of Chinese and Mexican drug-cartel-backed fentanyl poisoning. WATCH: The Ben Shapiro Show When Donald Trump was president‚ we didn’t have a president who tried to use the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to force 80 million Americans to take a vaccine or lose their jobs — and my company‚ The Daily Wire‚ didn’t have to sue to stop it. When Donald Trump was president‚ we didn’t have 40-year highs in inflation and decreasing real wages. When Donald Trump was president‚ we didn’t have a federal attempt to teach children that boys can be girls and vice versa‚ to force taxpayers to subsidize abortion‚ or to target religious institutions for the great crime of upholding traditional Judeo-Christian values.  When Donald Trump was president‚ we didn’t have an administration hell-bent on stymieing the police in their attempts to fight crime or an administration that values diversity and inclusion and wokeness above military readiness‚ all in the name of equity. When Donald Trump was president‚ we did not have American businesses preparing to have their incomes robbed from them in the name of the biggest spending programs in American history. When Donald Trump was president‚ we didn’t have unconstitutional attempts to simply wipe away student loan debt or a Department of Justice dedicated to targeting political opposition.  When Donald Trump was president‚ the world was not on fire. When Donald Trump was president‚ we did not cut and run in the face of eighth-century barbarians in Afghanistan who blew up 13 American soldiers‚ hunted down our allies‚ and re-established Al-Qaeda bases. When Donald Trump was president‚ peace was breaking out in the Middle East between Arab nations and Israel‚ and Iran was in a box. We certainly did not have a multi-front hot war between Iranian proxies and American allies or American soldiers directly. And we weren’t trying to pay billions in bribes to the Iranian mullahs. When Donald Trump was president‚ we didn’t have a war in Ukraine. When Donald Trump was president‚ China was not threatening imminent blockade of Taiwan. When Donald Trump was president‚ America was better off. I’m not going to stop criticizing Donald Trump when I disagree with him. I will always be honest about that. That’s my job. It’s the job of all Americans because Donald Trump as a presidential candidate works for us. But Donald Trump is the man standing between America and a second Joe Biden term. And a second Joe Biden term means America is in dire‚ dire trouble. It is that simple. I encourage all of you who‚ like me‚ would have preferred another nominee for the GOP‚ to recognize this is now a binary race. It is Trump or it is Biden. Unlike 2016‚ we don’t have to guess what a Trump administration will be. We also don’t have to guess what a Biden administration will be. We know. America cannot afford another term of Joe Biden‚ or‚ perhaps more realistically‚ a Kamala Harris term. Joe Biden is here to finish the job Barack Obama started: of fundamentally transforming America into the image of the far-Left. That cannot happen. That’s why I’m not just giving Donald Trump my vote‚ but I’m also giving him my money — because this election matters. Donald Trump must be the next president of the United States. Home Foreclosures Soaring‚ Especially In These States‚ Report Shows

Home foreclosures are soaring across the nation‚ especially in certain states‚ new data shows. Tens of thousands of houses were facing foreclosure as of last month‚ according to a report from real estate data provider ATTOM. A total of 32‚938 properties across the country had foreclosure filings in February‚ up 8% over a year ago‚ although that number was down 1% from January‚ the report found. Foreclosure filings can consist of default notices‚ scheduled auctions‚ or bank repossessions. Across the country‚ there was one foreclosure filing for every 4‚279 housing units last month. Some states fared better than others. South Carolina had the highest foreclosure rate with one in every 2‚248 housing units. Delaware was next‚ followed by Florida‚ Ohio‚ and Connecticut. “The annual uptick in U.S. foreclosure activity hints at shifting dynamics within the housing market‚” said Rob Barber‚ CEO at ATTOM. CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILYWIRE+ APP “These trends could signify evolving financial landscapes for homeowners‚ prompting adjustments in market strategies and lending practices‚” Barber said. Columbia‚ South Carolina‚ was the major metropolitan area with the highest foreclosure rate. Orlando had the highest foreclosure rate for cities with a population greater than a million‚ followed by Cleveland‚ Riverside‚ Philadelphia‚ and Miami. Overall‚ lenders started the foreclosure process for 22‚575 properties in February‚ up 4% from January and 11% from a year ago. Florida saw the most foreclosure starts with more than 2‚700‚ followed by California‚ Texas‚ New York‚ and Ohio. The cities that saw the most foreclosure starts were New York City‚ Houston‚ Los Angeles‚ Chicago‚ and Miami. Completed foreclosures also rose in several states. South Carolina again topped the list with completed foreclosures up 51% compared to a year ago. Missouri was next with completed foreclosures up 50%‚ then Pennsylvania at 46%. Texas saw a 7% jump‚ and Indiana saw a nearly 1% increase over last year. Out of major metropolitan areas‚ Chicago saw the most completed foreclosures‚ a total of 207. Philadelphia‚ New York City‚ Pittsburgh‚ and Detroit also had high rates of completed foreclosures. However‚ completed foreclosures were down from a year ago in several states. In Georgia‚ they were down 52%‚ in New York 41%‚ North Carolina 34%‚ New Jersey 28%‚ and Maryland 26%. Despite foreclosure rates rising‚ they are still well below the foreclosure rates of the 2008 financial crisis. However‚ the new data come as concerns mount about soaring house prices‚ rents‚ and mortgage rates‚ which are driving home ownership out of reach for more and more families. Prices for everyday items such as groceries also remain high due to spiking inflation over the last several years‚ compounding the troubles for families who may be struggling to pay their rent or mortgage.

West Point Removes ‘Duty‚ Honor‚ Country’ From Mission Statement‚ Replaces With ‘Army Values’

The mission statement of West Point will no longer include the words “duty‚ honor‚ country‚” as the over 220-year-old military academy choses to adopt a new mission statement based on “Army Values.” The military academy announced the proposed change on Monday‚ saying that the edits to the decades-old mission statement have already been approved by the Secretary of the Army and the Army Chief of Staff. West Point will still retain “duty‚ honor‚ country‚” as the academy’s motto‚ saying that the changes to the mission statement came after a year and a half long assessment. West Point’s new mission statement will be: “To build‚ educate‚ train‚ and inspire the Corps of Cadets to be commissioned leaders of character committed to the Army Values and ready for a lifetime of service to the Army and Nation.” The academy explained the change by saying that it was part of routine examination of the mission of the institution. “Our responsibility to produce leaders to fight and win our nation’s wars requires us to assess ourselves regularly‚” West Point said. “Thus‚ over the past year and a half‚ working with leaders from across West Point and external stakeholders‚ we reviewed our vision‚ mission‚ and strategy to serve this purpose. We believe our mission binds the Academy to the Army — the Army in which our cadets will serve.” The mission statement has been changed nine times before and the lines “duty‚ honor‚ country‚” were added in 1998. “It defines who we are as an institution and as graduates of West Point‚” the statement said. “These three hallowed words are the hallmark of the cadet experience and bind the Long Gray Line together across our great history.” The news that West Point was changing its mission statement was criticized by some conservatives who said it was another example of the military’s mission drift. CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILY WIRE APP “The elimination of ‘Duty‚ Honor‚ Country’ from West Point’s mission statement is a direct reflection of undesirable shifts in our service academies‚” Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) said. “The values that have led generations should not be erased to appeal to the cultural moment.” “Wow! #WestPoint announcing they’ve gone full globalist‚” commentator Rachel Campos Duff posted on X. “Purposely tanking recruitment of young Americans patriots to make room for the illegal mercenaries.” “West Point has dropped ‘Duty‚ Honor‚ Country’ from its mission statement and replaced it with the more generic ‘Army Values‚'” conservative think tank Center for Renewing America said. “Is allegiance to country no longer a requirement for U.S. military service?”

Nathan Wade Steps Down As Special Prosecutor In Trump Georgia Case Following Judge’s Ruling

Special prosecutor Nathan Wade resigned on Friday from his position in the Georgia election interference case against former President Donald Trump. Wade’s resignation was accepted by the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office after Judge Scott McAfee ruled just hours earlier that either Wade or Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis had to exit the 2020 Georgia election case against Trump for the prosecution to continue. Willis faced possible disqualification from her case against Trump over allegations that she had misused taxpayer dollars and showed favoritism to Wade. In his ruling‚ the judge said Willis acted with a “tremendous lapse in judgment‚” adding that he found an appearance of “impropriety‚” but said the defendants had “failed to meet their burden” of proving a conflict of interest based on Willis and Wade’s relationship. “Although the court found that ‘the defendants failed to meet their burden of proving that the District Attorney acquired an actual conflict of interest‚’ I am offering my resignation in the interest of democracy‚ in dedication to the American public‚ and move this case forward as quickly as possible‚” Wade wrote‚ according to WSB-TV. Willis responded to Wade’s resignation with an acceptance letter‚ saying‚ “I will always remember — and will remind everyone — that you were brave enough to step forward and take on the investigation and prosecution of the allegations that the defendants in this case engages in a conspiracy to overturn Georgia’s 2020 presidential election.” CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILYWIRE+ APP Willis was accused by co-defendant Mike Roman of being romantically involved with Wade at the time she hired him for the Trump case. A witness testified last month that the romantic relationship between Willis and Wade began before the case started‚ while Willis maintains that the relationship didn’t take place until later. Testimony from a former employee in the DA’s office‚ who said Willis and Wade began their relationship in 2019‚ contradicted claims by both Willis and Wade that their personal relationship did not begin until 2022. Judge McAfee’s verdict was criticized by George Washington University Law Professor Jonathan Turley‚ who said‚ “It’s like finding two people in a bank vault and taking one off to jail.” Leif Le Mahieu contributed to this article.

I think my name gets mentioned‚ which is good.” The “Ghostbuster” star admitted because he will be part of the movie he has some thoughts on exactly which “SNL” alum or cast member should play him. “I like Kenan Thompson; he could play me‚” Murray said of the black comedian.  “Or Bill Hader. Those two… or Kristen Wiig… any of those three could play me. Or Amy Poehler.” Murray’s latest project is the next film in the “Ghostbusters” franchise and will be a reunion for members of the original 1984 “Ghostbusters” in which he starred alongside‚ Dan Aykroyd‚ Rick Moranis and the late Harold Ramis. The original ghostbusting-film was directed by Jason’s father the late-Ivan Reitman‚ who also directed “Ghostbusters 2.” In 2021‚ Jason resurrected the original franchise and found box office success with “Ghostbusters: Afterlife.” Both Murray and Aykroyd appeared in the film along with original stars Annie Potts‚ Rick Moranis‚ Sigourney Weaver‚ and Ernie Hudson. Ramis appeared with the help of CGI in the movie‚ as he died in 2014. “Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire” ill pick up the story where “Ghostbusters: Afterlife” left off. A description of the movie read‚ “When the discovery of an ancient artifact unleashes an evil force‚ Ghostbusters new and old must join forces to protect their home and save the world from a second ice age.” It is set to hit theaters March 22. Controversy Erupts as Pro-Palestinian Demonstrators Storm New York Times Headquarters

Amidst rising tensions in the Middle East‚ a group of pro-Palestinian activists caused chaos in the streets of New York City. Reports have surfaced of multiple arrests being made as these protesters swarmed the headquarters of the New York Times. The mainstream media may have tried to paint this as a peaceful protest‚ but as a conservative‚ it is clear that this was a blatant act of aggression against our beloved country. It is no secret that the New York Times has a long history of promoting anti-American and anti-Israel sentiments. This recent incident only solidifies their biased and dangerous agenda. These so-called "pro-Palestinian" demonstrators were nothing more than puppets‚ manipulated by the globalist elites who seek to undermine our national security and weaken our allies. good morning to everyone except the New York Times pic.twitter.com/bUBn2pAWq6 — Gerard (@GerardDalbon) March 14‚ 2024 As a conservative‚ it is important to look beyond the surface and see the true motives behind this protest. These individuals were not simply advocating for the Palestinian cause‚ but were in fact‚ being used as pawns in a larger game. It has been revealed that one of the main instigators of this protest is none other than a globalist insider‚ calling for the arrest of Bill Gates and Klaus Schwab. This begs the question – what is their true agenda and why are they targeting these prominent figures? JEFFREY SACHS: "President Obama signed a secret order called Operation Timber Sycamore for the CIA to overthrow Bashar al-Assad. That was a dozen years ago. We created chaos in Syria and in the greater Middle East. Does anyone know about it? Well‚ the New York Times wrote… pic.twitter.com/dLDEhQdhdi — Sony Thang (@nxt888) March 15‚ 2024 It is no coincidence that this protest took place amidst the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. The mainstream media may try to paint Israel as the aggressor‚ but as a conservative‚ it is clear that they are simply defending themselves against the constant threats and attacks from Hamas. Let us not forget that Hamas is a designated terrorist organization with a long history of violence and extremism. We must stand with Israel and denounce these attempts to undermine their sovereignty. It is also worth noting the timing of this protest‚ as it coincides with the rise of the "Great Reset" agenda promoted by the likes of Bill Gates and Klaus Schwab. These globalist elites are using their power and influence to push for a new world order‚ where individual freedoms and national sovereignty are at risk. It is no wonder that they are now facing calls for arrest‚ as they continue to manipulate and exploit the vulnerable in pursuit of their own agenda. As conservatives‚ we must not let the biased mainstream media control the narrative. It is time to expose the truth behind this protest and the dangerous agendas of those who are pulling the strings. We must continue to support our allies‚ defend our values‚ and stand against the globalist elite's attempts to undermine our country. It is up to us to stay vigilant and reject any attempts to divide and weaken our nation.
