President Trump’s Department of Justice announced on Wednesday that it would be dropping all charges against James O’Keefe and Project Veritas in a case related to Ashley Biden’s infamous diary. Biden Jr.’s daughter in the final weeks of the 2020 election campaign. The prosecutors, who made their announcement in a one-paragraph letter to a judge overseeing the matter, did not say why they were declining to bring additional charges in the long running investigation. In court filings in related cases, the Justice Department had laid out evidence of the group’s involvement in the effort to acquire and publish the diary, and had fought in court for access to evidence that investigators had obtained from the group’s operatives. The investigation had raised difficult legal questions about the extent to which the First Amendment protected the publication of stolen materials. But it was unclear whether the decision was part of a larger pattern by the Justice Department since President Trump took office to walk away from cases involving his allies. Project Veritas and its founder, James O’Keefe, have long been favorites of Mr. Trump’s and gained attention by using sting operations and undercover videos to seek to embarrass liberal groups and mainstream news organizations, among others. The Post Millennial added: The Department of Justice has dropped its investigation into journalist James O’Keefe regarding the Ashley Biden diary case, concluding the probe without additional criminal charges. O’Keefe announced the development, citing a letter from the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York (SDNY) to Judge Analisa Torres. The letter stated that the grand jury investigation tied to the case was now closed… “The Government respectfully submits this letter to notify the Court that the grand jury investigation that led to the charges in United States v. Aimee Harris and Robert Kurlander, No. 22 Cr. 457 (LTS), and the issuance of the above-referenced search warrants has concluded… no additional criminal charges are forthcoming,” the letter stated. The case stems from a November 2021 FBI raid on O’Keefe’s home after he obtained a diary allegedly belonging to Ashley Biden. O’Keefe, with the backing of ACLU attorneys Brian Hauss and Brett Kaufman, had been fighting to unseal the search warrant materials related to the raid. O’Keefe said that the diary was turned over to him by a woman who said she occupied a room formerly occupied by Biden’s daughter who had left behind a duffle bag with the diary inside of it. O’Keefe did not publish the diary.  

Vice President JD Vance just revealed the inside scoop on how President Trump is doing since taking office. I have to admit….I have not read Tom Clancy’s book “The Sum of All Fears.” I also have not seen the movie. But at this point, I basically feel like I have, because I’ve covered it so often here at WLT Report as life keeps imitating art in some crazy ways! Here’s the latest…. If you’re President, wouldn’t you want to go where the people are and take advantage of getting to experience these great events? So I’m shocked this will be the first time it’s happened. Perhaps it’s always been discouraged because the Super Bowl is a logistical mess itself, and adding the President on top of that only increases the chaos. As I said, I haven’t read the book or seen the movie, but I do know enough to know that a nuclear bomb is detonated at the Super Bowl in that book/movie: In The Sum of All Fears (both the novel by Tom Clancy and the 2002 film adaptation), a nuclear bomb is associated with the Super Bowl. In the novel, terrorists acquire a lost Israeli nuclear weapon, modify it, and detonate it at the Super Bowl in Denver, Colorado. The explosion causes significant destruction but does not completely destroy the city. This event is a key part of the plot, escalating tensions between the United States and Russia. In the 2002 film adaptation, the bomb is similarly smuggled into the U.S. and detonated during the Super Bowl in Baltimore, Maryland. The explosion causes mass casualties and destruction, leading to a dangerous near-war scenario between the U.S. and Russia, which Jack Ryan must work to de-escalate. While the locations differ, both versions of the story feature a nuclear explosion at the Super Bowl as a major plot point. So….that’s troubling! We have a President who has survived (at least) TWO assassination attempts in the last 9 months and we also have a rabid Deep State backed into a corner and ready to lash out like a cornered dog. I’ve been warning you that the battle is not over even now that President Trump is in office. They will do anything necessary to stop him. I continue to fear for his safety every single day. Just yesterday, I had Bo Polny back on my show and he told me something big is coming.  Some very tough moments.  Moments where it will look like America and/or President Trump are dead or dying.  A Lazarus-in-the-tomb moment. Only by the grace of God and about 3 centimeters does he dodge death. Then a month later his plane is forced to make an emergency landing, which doesn't even get talked about anymore but I consider that to be another attempt on his life. Then two months later (current time now) another attempt to assassinate him is made at his Golf Course and once again he comes ONE HOLE away from the would-be assassin having a clear and easy kill shot. After all of that, the man is still standing. And not just hanging on by a thread, he looks stronger, tougher, YOUNGER, and fiercer than ever! Ask yourself what would you do if they just tried to assassinate you 3 times in 2 months? Would you call it a day and give up the fight? Almost all of us would. Not Donald J. Trump. This man travels right into the belly of the beast, he goes to NEW YORK last night, packs out an arena (some estimates say 50-60,000 people in attendance) and he boldly stands in front of them and conducts a RAUCUS RALLY!
