As we age, burning fat can become more challenging. This is due to physiological changes like, anabolic resistance, sarcopenia, reduced testosterone production and impaired neuromuscular function. That said, achieving low levels of body-fat and visible abs is still a viable goal. And that’s exactly what we discuss in this video: exactly what I would do to get shredded after 40. And of course, the goal here in not simply to lose weight; it’s to burn fat fast, without losing our hard-earned muscle mass, or starving ourselves for weeks only to rebound as soon as the diet’s over. UTL COMMENT:- GUYS ITS TIME WE GET OUR HEALTH IN ORDER!! I am mid-50's and starting to jack up which is GREAT. I gym twice per week despite being incredibly busy I'll go at night even 10pm. Got good arms and legs just let to finish off my friggin' annoying small - medium gut (I like my food too much ?). Unfortunately, 7 - 9 hours of sleep isn't an option for everyone: unusual working hours, family life... On working days I'm averaging about 5,5 hours. :-(...... Eat real food like meat, eggs, butter, vegs, avoid sugars (including white bread), avoid seed oils, cook and bake at home, just do what our slim grandparents did. Basically - stop eating crap!!! Fat will disappear very quickly without sagging skin or "ozempic face" side effects..... :-)..... Trying to cut back on the amount that I eat because I have always been a BIG eater.
