I mean‚ not only does he hold World Records for his feats of strength in everything from bending nails with his fingers to pulling semi-trucks as far as a mile with nothing but brute force and years of training… … but at the Arnold (Schwartzenegger) Classic bodybuilding competition‚ John astounded attendees and hulking bodybuilders alike when he demonstrated his ability to rip a tennis ball apart with his bare hands – a challenge that even the world’s strongest men have claimed was an absolute impossibility. In fact‚ he literally “wrote the book” on grip strength with his‚ “Grip Master’s Manual“ and his unique training methods have been used by everyone from professional football players to Special Forces and Federal Agents for combatives and firearms training.
