Free Speech Breach: Jewish USC Professor Barred for Anti-Hamas Remarks

Jewish Professor John Strauss from the University of Southern California was just banned from teaching on campus for the rest of the fall semester after some of his comments against the terrorist group Hamas went viral online.  The College Fix reports that Strauss is now only allowed to teach his two classes at the university via Zoom‚ and not in person. As reports indicate‚ Strauss‚ a tenured professor‚ said “people are ignorant” as he walked by a group of students advocating for Palestine. According to an interview following the event‚ Strauss was on the way to teach one of his classes when he heard students shouting‚ “From the river to the sea” which Strauss correctly pointed out “is code for the destruction of Israel‚” The College Fix explained.  During the initial incident‚ Strauss can be heard saying‚ “Hamas are murderers. That’s all they are. Every one should be killed‚ and I hope they all are‚” according to a now viral video that was shared on social media.  Multiple versions of the interaction have been edited and clipped‚ with one garnering over 2 million views and more than 19‚000 retweets. The full video was posted to the USC Annenberg Media’s YouTube page.     The same group conducted an interview with Professor Strauss as the situation erupted. Here’s what The College Fix reported about that interview: “Every one of them‚ of course‚ referred to Hamas‚” Strauss told the outlet. “Then that later was changed to‚ in the video that was released publicly that was heavily doctored‚ to Palestinians should be murdered. And that’s not what I said at all.” “The video that was put out there by the pro-Palestinian students was doctored and claimed I said things that I never meant‚” Strauss said. “I’ve asked the administration and the provost’s office to make a statement to that effect.” As The College Fix indicated‚ there are now two petitions out: one that supports Strauss and has more than 12‚000signatures‚ and another calling for his termination with more than 7‚000 signatures as of Monday.  According to Annenberg Media‚ the university put Strauss on administrative leave. But according to a statement from USC to The College Fix‚ Strauss “will be teaching his two classes remotely for the rest of the semester.” Additionally‚ according to the Daily Trojan‚ Strauss was not placed on “administrative leave.” Related: 'You are a Disgrace': UFC's McGregor Being Investigated After BLASTING Irish PM's Framing of Hamas Hostage Release Nonetheless‚ Strauss’ fall semester is not going as planned. His free speech was breached by USC and frankly‚ he shouldn’t have ever been punished in the first place.  According to an email to The College Fix from USC chemistry professor Anna Krylov‚ “My opinion is that Prof. Strauss should be reinstated immediately and that apologies are due for the disruption‚ and emotional and reputational damage that this involuntary administrative leave has caused him.” Facts.  Follow us on Twitter/X: Please enjoy a Thanksgiving feast of Biden's biggest blunders (so far). pic.twitter.com/P4naYzmyuk — MRCTV (@mrctv) November 23‚ 2023

CBS Parties With Palestinians Celebrating Israel Releasing Terrorists

On Monday’s CBS Mornings‚ foreign correspondent Imtiaz Tyab showed what he was thankful for over the Thanksgiving holiday: Israel releasing Palestinian terrorists. Tyab joined the street celebrations happening in the West Bank‚ smiling from ear-to-ear and he walked side-by-side with a woman who was convicted for trying to stab an Israeli man to death‚ falsely hinting that she was coerced into a confession. Leading into the story of Israel trading terrorist prisoners for Hamas’s hostages‚ co-anchor Tony Dokoupil boasted: “a notable part of this story‚ the massive celebrations that took place in the West Bank as Palestinian prisoners and security detainees who were returned over the weekend got a hero`s welcome in many cases.” Dokoupil then touted that the “estimated” “8‚000 additional detainees and convicted criminals” were “a motivation for Hamas to extend this ceasefire and release more hostages in its own effort to bring more Palestinians out of prison.” Tyab marched in the streets and joined the “hero`s welcome” two young terrorists received. “The Israeli military warned Palestinians not to celebrate the return of these prisoners‚ but it`s a warning they`ve clearly defied‚” he praised. He never mentioned the twos’ names nor what they did to be imprisoned‚ but he vaguely suggested that what they and others did amounted to “civil disobedience offenses.”     Further in his report‚ Tyab grinned ear-to-ear as he walked side-by-side with Nourhan Awad (pictured above)‚ who was convicted for trying to stab an Israeli man to death. Despite showing a video of her attack‚ he seemed to hint that she was coerced into a false confession by Israeli authorities: Among those released is Nourhan Awad. She was 16 years old when she was arrested in 2015 for the attempted stabbing of an Israeli man‚ now 24‚ she denies the charges. But like many Palestinian minors facing Israel`s military court system – that the UN says has a nearly 100 percent conviction rate – she later pled guilty‚ and told her she was initially sentenced to 13 years in an Israeli jail. Tyab conducted a gooey sit-down interview with Awad‚ who was dressed in a white outfit with a crown of white flowers on her head: TYAB: What do you want the world to know about your experience? AWAD (with Tyab translating): "That it was very difficult‚ but I learned a lot‚" she says. "I now understand the value of many things that I did not appreciate before prison." TYAB: Like what? AWAD (with Tyab translating): "Like the value of freedom and of sunlight." “The plight of prisoners is a deeply felt issue for Palestinians. According to a recent UN report‚ around one-fifth of the population of five million has spent time in Israeli jails‚” he lamented‚ but his glee for those released was on full display. The transcript is below. Click "expand" to read: CBS Mornings November 27‚ 2023 8:01:02 a.m. Eastern TONY DOKOUPIL: But we are going to begin this hour with the exchange of prisoners held in Israel for hostages held by Hamas. And a notable part of this story‚ the massive celebrations that took place in the West Bank as Palestinian prisoners and security detainees who were returned over the weekend got a hero`s welcome in many cases. It’s estimated that some 8‚000 additional detainees and convicted criminals remain inside Israeli jails‚ and a motivation for Hamas to extend this ceasefire and release more hostages is its own effort to bring more Palestinians out of prison. Imtiaz Tyab met with one of the younger Palestinians released by Israel‚ and one of those given a hero`s welcome home. [Cuts to video] IMTIAZ TYAB: Rarely do the streets of the Israeli occupied West Bank look like this‚ scenes of massive celebrations at the release of Palestinian prisoners‚ mainly women and children. So far‚ a total of 117 had been freed as part of the deal between Israel and Hamas‚ including these teenage boys who were given a hero`s welcome. The Israeli military warned Palestinians not to celebrate the return of these prisoners‚ but it`s a warning they`ve clearly defied. But in East Jerusalem‚ Israeli forces moved in to crack down on the celebrations by surrounding the homes of several released prisoners. Israel says the minors it is releasing as part of the truce are terrorists. But Palestinian leaders say they’re just children held for what other countries would regard as civil disobedience offenses‚ like attending protests. The plight of prisoners is a deeply felt issue for Palestinians. According to a recent UN report‚ around one-fifth of the population of five million has spent time in Israeli jails. Among those released is Nourhan Awad. What do you want the world to know about your experience? NOURHAN AWAD (with Tyab translating): "That it was very difficult‚ but I learned a lot‚" she says. "I now understand the value of many things that I did not appreciate before prison." TYAB: Like what? AWAD (with Tyab translating): "Like the value of freedom and of sunlight." [Cuts back to live] TYAB: And according to the advocacy group‚ the Palestinian Prisoners Club‚ Israel is now holding a record high of 2‚200 Palestinians in what`s known as administrative detention‚ which is basically arrest without charge or trial‚ potentially‚ indefinitely‚ a deeply controversial policy that Israel defends as a counterterrorism measure. Gayle. GAYLE KING: All right‚ Imtiaz Tyab‚ we thank you.

Leftist Networks Skip Trump's Raucous Ovation at South Carolina Football Stadium

As our studies have shown‚ the overall tone of Trump coverage on the networks is very negative. They’re not going to be interested in any video that makes him look popular. Take the loud and sustained ovation Trump received at the Clemson-at-South Carolina football game in Columbia‚ South Carolina on Saturday: South Carolina LOVES President Trump! pic.twitter.com/trAsVUkij3 — Brenden Dilley (@WarlordDilley) November 26‚ 2023 Unless you watched Fox‚ Newsmax‚ or NewsNation‚ you wouldn’t have seen that footage. All the liberal networks were skipping it. Had Biden come out on the field of a stadium and the crowd erupted with this level of thunder‚ it would have made news. You can argue that one event doesn't signal the voters of an entire state. Back in 2015‚ leftists lunged to suggest Bernie Sanders drew raucous crowds at his rallies‚ but that didn't win him many primaries. Right now‚ Trump is dominating the GOP polls‚ and this wasn't a political event‚ so it could at least suggest South Carolina isn't buying the "budding Hitler" tone of some media outlets. Let's look at how it was covered in print. Take Associated Press:  Donald Trump draws cheers‚ some boos in Haley’s backyard at Clemson-South Carolina football game Reporters Meg Kinnard and Bill Barrow began: "Donald Trump used college football rivalry weekend to bask among his supporters in a state and region that are key to his presidential fortunes.|" Later the boos were described as small: ""At halftime‚ Trump came down to the field with [Gov. Henry] McMaster‚ drawing mostly cheers and a smattering of boos as he walked around‚ posed for a few photos and waved.| The sad website called Newsweek tried to emphasize the boos:  Donald Trump responds to boos at South Carolina-Clemson game Trump's response: What boos?  The Hill newspaper called this raucous crowd "mixed‚" which is bizarre:  Trump gets mixed reactions in Haley’s South Carolina Nick Robertson began: “Former President Trump drew a smattering of cheers and boos as he oversaw South Carolina’s chief college football rivalry Saturday.” Now compare that to The Hill back in April‚ when Biden was visiting Ireland and was cheered in County Mayo:  Biden gets rockstar welcome for final stop in Ireland The Washington Post ran the "some boos" story from AP on Trump‚ and this was their County Mayo story for Biden:  Biden tells festive Irish crowd U.S. and Ireland are deeply linked Post reporters Tyler Pager and Matt Viser touted "upon leaving County Mayo‚ Biden‚ clearly buoyed by the adoring crowd‚ reaffirmed his plans to run for president again in 2024." The day before‚ Pager and Viser gushed in a story headlined: “Biden‚ the American president‚ seems awfully at home in Ireland; Biden this week has repeatedly wondered how anyone could leave the Emerald Isle.” At the time‚ MSNBC host Joe Scarborough was traveling with the president in Ireland in KJP Mode‚ repeating the Post reporting from Ireland‚ and he added a local headline‚ "BIDEN JOY."

Southern border still a mess: Arizona sees 58‚000 in one month as October sees second-highest border encounters ever

The United States-Mexico border continued its spiral into lawlessness in the last month‚ with border encounters still reaching astronomical numbers unseen until President Biden took office. In Arizona specifically‚ the Tucson Sector Border Patrol apprehended 58‚000 illegal immigrants in a span of 28 days. Numbers continued to pile on to what was an unfortunately busy October 2023 for the region‚ which saw 55‚224 migrants‚ according to Breitbart.Tucson Sector Chief Patrol Agent John Modlin posted numerous figures on X‚ compiling data from just one week in his border sector."Week in Review‚" the chief began before noting that there were "15‚300 Apprehensions."As well‚ 117 pounds of fentanyl were seized‚ along with over a dozen human smuggling events‚ and "78 Federal Criminal Cases - 17 Rescues - 14 Human Smuggling Events - 3 Narcotics Events‚" Modlin added. Week in Review...\n\n- 15‚300 Apprehensions\n- 117 lbs. of Fentanyl \n- 78 Federal Criminal Cases\n- 17 Rescues\n- 14 Human Smuggling Events\n- 3 Narcotics Events \n\n#HonorFirst — (@) Illegal immigrant apprehensions increased by 1‚000 week-over-week in the same sector‚ but the amount of fentanyl seized decreased from 300 pounds. There were also nearly double the number of migrant rescues (33) in the week prior. The Tucson sector saw an increase of almost 122‚000 migrant apprehensions in fiscal year 2023‚ which ended with 373‚625. In 2022 that number was 251‚984.John Fabbricatore‚ retired Air Force member and retired ICE field office director‚ posted a video on his X account from Lukeville‚ Arizona‚ showing a massive queue of illegal immigrants at the border."As darkness descends on Lukeville AZ nearly a thousand illegal aliens have crossed the border and turned themselves over to Border Patrol. Where are these people going?" he asked. As darkness descends on Lukeville AZ nearly a thousand illegal aliens have crossed the border and turned themselves over to Border Patrol. Where are these people going? Numerous countries other than Mexico are crossing. Here is another video. Crying children can be heard.\u2026 — (@) Encounters at the southwest border have barely slowed in the first month of fiscal year 2024‚ according to Customs and Border Protection.October 2023 saw 240‚988 encounters‚ the second-highest month on record. September 2023 saw the most encounters ever with 269‚735. This capped President Biden's record-setting 2023‚ when 2‚475‚669 illegal immigrants were encountered along the southwest border.Of course‚ 2022 originally set the record at 2‚378‚944.By comparison‚ 2022 and 2023 fiscal years under President Biden each saw more border encounters than the entirety of President Trump's four-year term combined.Additionally‚ the last two record-setting years under Biden even combined for nearly 1.5 million more border encounters than the entire eight years of Barack Obama's presidency‚ historical data showed.Like Blaze News? Jason Kelce is the best player in football this season

Jason Kelce is the best player in football this season

Jason Kelce‚ a center‚ is the most valuable player on the Philadelphia Eagles. A.J. Brown‚ a wide receiver‚ is the second-most valuable player on the Philadelphia Eagles. Jalen Hurts‚ the quarterback for the Eagles‚ is the front-runner to win the NFL’s MVP award. I like Jalen Hurts. A lot. Ever since he handled his demotion at Alabama with class and dignity‚ I’ve been a huge fan of his. I hope one day he runs for president of the United States. I’d vote for him. Nevertheless‚ 11 games into this NFL season and with the Eagles sporting a league-leading 10-1 record‚ I would not vote for Hurts as MVP. He’s undeserving. He’s not the most valuable player on Philly’s offense‚ let alone the team. The Hurts-for-MVP hype train will likely peak this week‚ following Philly’s 37-34 overtime victory over the Bills. Hurts accounted for five touchdowns — three passing and two rushing. But Jason Kelce is the man driving Philly’s dominant season. Kelce triggers the most unstoppable offensive weapon in sports since the NCAA banned Kareem Abdul-Jabbar from dunking the basketball and forced him to perfect the skyhook. Philadelphia’s “tush push” is football’s skyhook. It’s so unstoppable that there are calls to ban it. The “tush push” is a short-yardage quarterback sneak that is powered by Kelce’s unique ability to burrow like a rabbit. The Eagles convert a little more than 90% of their third-and-1 and fourth-and-1 situations. The rest of the league — the teams without Kelce — convert 68% of their attempts. It’s a huge advantage for Philly. The Eagles basically start every series at first-and-9 rather than first-and-10. Jason Kelce gives Philly a huge strategic advantage over its opponents. That’s value. He’s the most valuable player in football this season. Unfortunately‚ he has no chance at winning MVP because the award favors quarterbacks and groupthink. The quarterback on the NFL team with the best record is always considered a heavy favorite to win MVP. As the NFL has cheapened quarterback play with rule changes designed to protect quarterbacks and increase scoring‚ it’s long past time to eliminate the QB bias in MVP voting. Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill should be the co-favorite alongside Kelce for MVP. Hill has a chance to finish with 2‚000 receiving yards. His explosiveness and speed have made Miami one of the highest-scoring teams in the league and the leader of the AFC East. Just as Kelce has made Hurts an MVP candidate‚ Hill has made Miami QB Tua Tagovailoa a betting favorite. In fact‚ nine of the top 10 betting favorites for MVP are quarterbacks. San Francisco running back Christian McCaffrey is the lone non-QB to crack the top 10. How can this be? In a year of substandard quarterback play‚ why are the quarterbacks still dominating the MVP conversation? No quarterback is having an MVP-caliber season. Statistically‚ San Francisco’s Brock Purdy is having the best season. He leads the NFL in QB rating and QBR. Dak Prescott of the Dallas Cowboys is No. 2 in both categories. Does anyone believe Purdy is the most valuable player in the league? How about Dak? Buffalo’s Josh Allen has the third-best QBR. Is Allen the MVP? Let’s return to Jalen Hurts. He’s having the best dual-threat QB season. He’s thrown 18 TDs and 10 interceptions. He’s rushed for 410 yards and 11 touchdowns. He’s averaging 3.6 yards per rushing attempt. Not bad. But let’s compare the stats to 2015 Cam Newton and 2019 Lamar Jackson‚ the dual-threat QBs with MVP trophies. In 16 games‚ Cam tossed 35 TDs and 10 INTs. He rushed for 636 yards and 10 touchdowns. He averaged 4.8 rushing yards per attempt. Cam was a force of nature in 2015. In 16 games‚ Lamar tossed 36 TDs and six interceptions. He rushed for 1‚206 yards and seven touchdowns. He averaged 6.9 yards per rushing attempt. What Lamar did in 2019 will likely never be done again. What Jalen Hurts is doing isn’t remotely in the same galaxy as Newton and Jackson. Hurts is having a solid season. Jason Kelce is changing the way football is played. He’s the best center and best offensive lineman in football. Two kickers — Mark Moseley and George Blanda — have been named NFL MVP. Why not an offensive lineman?

USC won't let Jewish professor teach on campus after he called Hamas terrorists 'murderers' who 'should be killed'

The University of Southern California has exiled a Jewish economics professor after he suggested to student activists that Hamas terrorists should be wiped out. Professor John Strauss‚ an esteemed and tenured professor at USC‚ must now teach his classes remotely for the remainder of the semester. What's the background? Strauss‚ 72‚ shared words in passing with a group of students involved in a Nov. 9 protest organized by the USC Student Coalition Against Labor Exploitation‚ USC Graduates for Palestine‚ and Trojans for Palestine‚ reported the College Fix. According to the Los Angeles Times‚ the protest was part of a national "Shut It Down for Palestine" action and included a rally where students chanted‚ "From the river to the sea‚ Palestine will be free" — widely regarded as a call for Israel's ruination. Footage shows Strauss‚ audibly identified by students in the mob‚ mutter‚ "People are ignorant." One activist halts the professor with the claim that they are gathered to "pay respect for those who were killed." As more activists begin to amble over to Strauss‚ the professor states‚ "Hamas are murderers‚ that's all they are." Still referencing the terrorist group that slaughtered thousands of Israeli civilians and dozens of Americans on Oct. 7‚ Strauss adds‚ "Every one should be killed and I hope they all are." The professor later defended his comments‚ telling USC Annenberg Media‚ "One of them‚ a woman‚ I don't know who‚ yelled out‚ 'Shame on you‚ Professor Strauss. Shame on you.' And I immediately yelled back‚ 'No‚ shame on you. You were ignorant about Hamas. Hamas are murderers. That's all they are. They should all die. Every one of them.'" Strauss told another student outlet‚ the Daily Trojan‚ "I don't mind if they want to memorialize people who were killed. That's fine‚ just as Jewish students are memorializing Israelis who were killed." "But this started as a result of Hamas terrorist attacks‚" he added. Lies and petitions Various anti-Israeli student groups at the university as well as activists off campus — including the scandal-plagued identitarian Shaun King — circulated a deceptively edited version of the video along with insinuations that Strauss had called for Palestinians to be killed beyond just the members of the murderous group recognized by the American government as a terrorist organization. A viral post on X that pushed the edited video stated‚ "Here is @USC professor John Strauss saying 'every one of them should be killed‚ and I hope they all are' while passing by students who organised a memorial for 10‚000+ Palestinian martyrs killed in the past month." Canary Mission‚ a watchdog group that documents anti-Semitism in academic institutions‚ noted that the individual who appears to have spread the video in this first instance‚ Tara Alami‚ is a radical leftist at McGill Univeristy in Montreal who has "called for Israelis to die‚ celebrated the death of Israelis‚ expressed support for terrorists and promoted a violent hatred of Zionists." The USC Graduates for Palestine similarly also posted a deceptively edited version of the video on Nov. 10 to their Instagram account‚ intimating that Strauss had called for "everyone to be killed‚" again with the suggestion that he meant all Palestinians. Leftists on campus seized upon this false narrative to paint Strauss as a villain. Coinciding with the circulation of the deceptively edited videos‚ campus activists started a petition demanding Strauss' termination "for racist and xenophobic behavior." The petition‚ which has received over 7‚100 signatures‚ decontextualized the professor's remarks‚ suggesting they were "not only offensive but also promote and incite violence." The Los Angeles Times reported that Hussam Ayloush‚ executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations in Los Angeles‚ demanded that the university investigate Strauss and take steps to protect "Muslim‚ Palestinian and Arab students as well as any others who are targeted by hate and bigotry." Hamas critic in exile Within a day of the incident‚ Strauss was told by an associate dean he had been placed on administrative leave‚ exiled from campus‚ and altogether relieved of teaching duties‚ reported the Times. A spokesman for the university noted days later the professor would instead be teaching his graduate and undergraduate classes remotely for the remainder of the semester. USC provost Andrew Guzman indicated in a Nov. 13 letter to Strauss‚ obtained by the Daily Trojan‚ that following "multiple formal complaints" filed against him with the school's office for equity‚ equal opportunity‚ and Title IX‚ he would be barred from campus until further notice. The letter stressed that the "interim measures" were not punitive in nature but rather were "designed to minimize disruption to the educational environment and to ensure a safe environment for both [Strauss] and [his] students." Strauss indicated he wants the university to let him back onto campus and to issue "a factual statement of what I did not say." A petition demanding that the administration bring Strauss back to campus‚ which has already received nearly 12‚000 signatures‚ stated‚ "Jewish people have not come this far by hiding in fear. Perpetrators of violence and false accusations must be removed‚ not their victims." Like Blaze News? Bypass the censors‚ sign up for our newsletters‚ and get stories like this direct to your inbox. 'Language justice': Denver school district aims to allow non-English-speaking students to learn in their native languages

Denver Public Schools recently adopted a new policy that aims to allow non-English-speaking students to receive an education in their native or preferred languages‚ the Center Square reported Saturday. The news outlet stated that DPS is on track to become the first school district in the nation to establish a "long term goal" of obtaining "language justice."A district draft document obtained by the Center Square explained that "language justice" is "the notion of respecting every individual's fundamental language rights — to be able to communicate‚ understand‚ and be understood in the language in which they prefer and feel most articulate and powerful.""DPS will be a district that is free of oppressive systems and structures rooted in racism and one which centers students and team members with a focus on racial and educational equity‚ enabling students to ultimately become conscientious global citizens and collaborative leaders‚" the draft policy statement also read.It noted that the district has a responsibility to "achieve equity" by "remov[ing] deeply rooted systems of oppression that have historically resulted in inequitable access and distribution of opportunities and resources for those who represent marginalized identities‚ including but not limited to race‚ socioeconomic status‚ ethnicity‚ gender identity‚ sexual orientation‚ language and ability."DPS enrolled roughly 90‚250 students in 2022‚ 35‚000 of whom were multilingual and spoke a language other than English at home.Colorado's Stand for Children‚ an advocacy group dedicated to advancing "educational equity and racial justice‚" worked with DPS to add the policy to the district's six-part Ends statement. The group noted that its next goal is to ensure language justice verbiage is passed in an executive limitation. "The next step is to add a Language Justice policy in EL 9‚ 'Treatment of Students‚ Parents‚ Families and Community‚'" the group's website states. "We will continue to work with school leaders and staff to help provide knowledge of these policies and strategies to accomplish language justice in every classroom and school."Rosa Guzman-Snyder‚ a co-founder of Community Language Cooperative‚ an organization providing translation services that has invested in language justice‚ told the Center Square‚ "It's not just a matter of hiring more interpreters and translators but rather creating systems and building the infrastructure that best supports linguistically diverse families and supporting multilingual staff."DPS did not respond to a request for comment from the Center Square.Like Blaze News? NYC councilwoman rips 'modern progressivism' after anti-Israel high school riot

A councilwoman in New York City blasted "modern progressivism" after a mob of students at a Queens high school rioted against a Jewish teacher for apparently attending a pro-Israel rally. Blaze News previously reported that a number of students at Hillcrest High School in Jamaica rioted after they discovered one of their teachers had attended a pro-Israel rally on October 9‚ holding up a sign that read‚ "I stand with Israel." — (@) The teacher's attendance at the rally just two days after Hamas terrorists slaughtered 1‚200 Jews was apparently just too much for the pro-Palestine students to handle. Republican New York City Councilwoman Vickie Paladino shared with Fox News Digital that she "was sickened by what I saw at Hillcrest HS‚ but sadly I was not surprised.""Our education system is fundamentally broken‚ and anti-Semitic riots like this are sadly the natural result of years of woke leftist indoctrination replacing real education.""Allowing progressives to gain total control over our institutions was always going to lead to tragic outcomes; they’ve been working to instigate a cultural revolution here for decades‚ and now those efforts appear to be bearing fruit."Just after 11:00 a.m. on Monday‚ students reportedly rushed into the hallways of the school to protest the teacher for simply expressing support for Israel. The protest appeared to have been pre-planned‚ and it quickly devolved into a riot. The pro-Palestinian students attempted to get into the teacher's classroom despite school staffers blocking the way to the room.By 11:20 a.m.‚ the NYPD showed up to break up the riot. The riot comes almost two months after Hamas terrorists murdered 1‚200 people in Israel‚ taking another 240 hostage. The horrific attack was the deadliest one against Israel in the nation's history‚ and it was the largest targeted attack against Jews since World War II."For students in a New York City public school to feel empowered to riot and hunt down a Jewish teacher‚ something has gone severely wrong‚ and it's gone wrong for a very long time. And if it's allowed to continue‚ 'who we are' is going to be a raving mob of children who've been brainwashed into a poisonous hateful political ideology‚ forever‚" Paladino wrote on X. — (@) "It was terrorism‚ plain and simple. Terrorism is violence against civilians to achieve a political goal. And that's what we saw in one of our public schools‚ against a teacher whose only offense was being Jewish and peacefully expressing her support for Israel on her own time.""These terrorist students stalked her online‚ organized in chat rooms‚ then sparked a riot and hunted her down. She had to be barricaded in a locker room as the rioters raged in the hallway and attempted to gain access to her‚" Paladino's post said.It is unclear whether the students will face consequences for the riot. However‚ Paladino has called for all faculty to be suspended until a full investigation has been carried out; the firing of any staff member found to be involved in the riot; and the immediate expulsion of students who took part in the riot‚ according to Fox News Digital.Like Blaze News? 'Put a chick in it‚ make it lame and gay!' 'South Park: Joining the Panderverse' review

The widely advertised "South Park" special titled "Joining the Panderverse" was yet another series of shots fired at Disney and its executives for pumping out woke content. The latest from Matt Stone and Trey Parker features two main storylines. The first is that there exists another universe where every character in the town of South Park has been replaced by "diverse women complaining about the patriarchy‚" including the 10-year-old boys. The inclusion of alternative timelines is a nod to Marvel's consistent reliance on different timelines and multiverses that allows writers to change the fate of characters or bring back old actors in new movies.Early in the episode‚ Cartman switches timelines‚ placing him as the only "white boy" in a universe of diverse women‚ while a black‚ female Cartman is now in his world. The focus of the plot is that Disney President Kathleen Kennedy‚ in response to hate mail about her movies‚ made it a point to enact revenge through an increased level of diversity. The more harsh the complaints‚ the more she responded with diversity in her films. The story reveals that Kennedy became addicted to pandering instead of coming up with new stories. She relied an a form of artificial intelligence to come up with plots so often that every movie idea boiled down to "put a chick in it. Make her gay!"As Cartman is attempting to escape Kennedy‚ the story jumps back and forth‚ showing a Cartman version of Kennedy wreaking havoc at Disney. When other board members ask for a "different route" from what was done with "Indiana Jones‚" Cartman/Kennedy screams her often-used tagline‚ "F**k Indiana Jones! Put a chick in it! Make her lame and gay!"The second plot begins with Stan's dad teaching his kids how to fix things around the house."It has come to my attention lately that young people today don't know how to do shit‚" Randy tells Stan and his sister Shelley. "You got your phones and your AI and you kids haven't learned to actually be able to do anything."To teach them to fix the oven door‚ Randy explains‚ "It's very simple‚ you gotta make the hinges tighter so the oven door is more secure. So‚ whatcha do is‚ you take out your phone and you call the handyman."It becomes apparent that the men in the town don't know how to fix anything and rely on a small group of handymen who become increasingly rich as lawyers‚ accountants‚ and even Randy (who is a geologist) have become useless. The out-of-work professionals blame their education and the internet for why they have been rendered jobless‚ then enact a plan to destroy a local university.Meanwhile‚ Cartman's friends are forced to deal with the new version of him and are accused of being racist and sexist if they don't like it."I bet you don't like that Indiana Jones was replaced by a female either‚ huh?" the principal accused the boys. "Probably have a problem with black Spider-Man too!"Disney executives work with the group of boys (and the strong black woman) to try to close the portal between the two universes‚ while Randy continuously attempts to find someone to fix his oven. While much of the firepower is right on target‚ the episode seems to give a bit of a pass to woke propaganda‚ explaining that perhaps attacking woke movies takes up too much cultural focus. The conclusion to Randy's problem is far less of a teaching moment‚ but the final scene of the episode lacks the typical punch seen in specials of the past. Ranking it among "South Park" specials like "Go God Go‚" "Imagination Land‚" and "The Cartoon Wars‚" "Joining the Panderverse" unfortunately ranks toward the bottom. However‚ it does deliver some hilarious short segments that suggest it would have benefited from being a regular-length episode.Like Blaze News?
