Oh the irony! In lieu of the Christian holiday of Christmas‚ both the gays and Satanists decorated trees for Wisconsin’s “Festival of Trees” event. The event is an annual Wisconsin tradition and aims to feature trees “representing groups across Northeast Wisconsin‚” Catholic Vote reported. This year it has 66 trees and takes place inside the National Railroad Museum from November 16 through December 31. Museum reports indicate that roughly 20‚000 guests visit the trees each holiday season and the trees are included in the price of museum admission.  This year The Satanic Temple of Wisconsin set up a tree. The group added red lights‚ Satanic ornaments and even had a plush snake placed around the trunk. The Bay Area Council on Gender Diversity also sponsored a tree. Their tree is decked out with ornaments that say things like “protect trans kids.” Consider the fact that Christmas is a holiday to celebrate the birth of Jesus. While putting up Christmas trees is relatively pagan‚ it’s become tradition for those that celebrate. It doesn’t make sense to celebrate Christmas if you don’t believe that Jesus is the reason for the season. Satanists and those who don’t follow the Bible’s teachings‚ like people who celebrate living as a gender that God didn’t assign‚ likely don’t celebrate Jesus’ birth. Therefore‚ the Satanic Temple and the gay group even having a tree seems ridiculous.  Nonetheless‚ museum CEO Jaqueline Frank insists the presence of those trees is fine as long as they don’t promote violence‚ drugs or hate. “We believe that everybody should be included regardless of their religious group‚ regardless of any business or organization that they're a part of. So we don't discriminate‚ since we're not a religious group ourselves‚ we're going to allow anyone who wants to take place to take part‚” Frank said. Even still‚ the displays - particularly the one from the Satanists - received a plethora of backlash.  Here’s what Rep. Mike Gallagher (R-Wis.) told Fox News: Conservatives are often accused of launching a culture war or focusing or fixating on cultural issues. But here is a perfect example of how that's not what's happening. What's happening is we're just trying to defend basic traditions or defend our children in the midst of these basic traditions‚ from the encroachment of woke ideology or offensive upside down cultural propaganda. Similarly Bishop David L. Ricken of the Diocese of Green Bay condemned the tree: Allowing a traditional understanding of Christmas to be usurped and desecrated by an organization/cult is divisive during a time of the year that we come together in unity as a community. Christmas celebrates the birth of Jesus Christ. Displaying a Christmas tree with bright red lights‚ inverted crosses‚ pentagrams‚ and other satanic symbolism‚ with a snake wrapped around the tree where our savior belongs‚ is not something families and children should be exposed to at any time‚ but most especially during this Christmas season. The tree is offensive and harms the unity and joy that the Christmas season brings. I couldn’t agree more. This tree is blasphemous and disgraceful. Christmas is for those who celebrate Christ and this is the complete opposite of that. 

NBC and MSNBC really love pro-abortion Republicans and the latest attempt to push the GOP left on the issue came on Wednesday edition of Jose Diaz-Balart Reports as reporter Morgan Radford got super excited that of the 1.3 million signatures for a 2024 Florida ballot measure that would permit abortion up until 24 weeks‚ a whopping 11.5 percent of them have been Republicans. Radford would also interview some of these signees and they would naturally tell MSNBC’s liberal viewers what they wanted to hear. In her report‚ Radford declared‚ “Anna Hochkammer leads the Florida’s Women’s Freedom Coalition‚ one of several groups behind the movement‚ from right here in her South Florida home. A coalition that she says doesn't just include Democrats. By her organization's count‚ of the 1.3 million signatures they have collected thus far‚ more than 150‚000 have come from registered Republicans.”     Hochkammer herself is a Democrat‚ but having one out of every eight signees be a Republican is not all that impressive. Still‚ Hochkammer claimed‚ “I had one woman say to me‚ ‘You know‚ I was in a room full of Republican women when we heard that Roe v. Wade was overturned and it was like being at a funeral.’ They’d all been through this battle before. They thought it was settled.”  Radford then introduced Jaymie Carter and Carol Whitmore and proving this story started with the conclusion of hyping pro-abortion Republicans and then working backwards‚ Radford noted that the latter “was introduced to us by the Florida’s Women’s Freedom Coalition.” Whitmore then showed she felt at home on the liberal network‚ “To say women can't make this very important decision in their life is atrocious. So you will be surprised and you will hear there are a lot of Republicans that support what Jaymie and I do.” Carter concurred‚ “There’s a lot of people that you wouldn't think would be the pro-choice advocates‚ but they are and I think it's really just having control of our own bodies. That's -- and the government overreach right is huge right now.” After Whitmore claimed that being pro-life is not a winning issue for the national party‚ Radford moved on to another duo‚ “And it’s not just women. Former state representative Carlos Lacasa and Ed Williamson‚ a prominent local businessman‚ are donating time and money to the petition cause‚ both are registered Republicans.” “Why do you think it is important you speak out as men on this issue?” she asked. Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) denounced multiple brands that pulled their advertising from X‚ but have refused to address the national security risks of Chinese-owned TikTok. Rubio issued a press release announcing he sent letters to 18 companies that were too squeamish to advertise on Elon Musk’s X (formerly Twitter)‚ but remain active on TikTok‚ which has Chinese Communist government ties. “I am appalled by the double standard of boycotting an American social-media application while maintaining a presence on a social-media application controlled by America’s greatest adversary‚” Rubio wrote in the letter. He pointed out the biased censorship and prolific pro-terrorist content on TikTok‚ along with its ties to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) government through its parent company‚ ByteDance. As the senator noted‚ China’s national security laws require all companies to share data with the government. The hypocrisy is flagrant‚ Rubio noted. “Following the logic of the X boycott‚ your brand is now in imminent danger of being tarnished by association with the deranged‚ genocidal content found on TikTok‚” he said. “Your brand also risks association with TikTok’s owner‚ ByteDance‚ which collaborates with the CCP to repress the Chinese people and interfere in America’s political process.” The senator provided a list of serious concerns with TikTok‚ including potential CCP data access through ByteDance and biased censorship‚ particularly of content regarding Tibet‚ the Uyghurs‚ and the Tiananmen Square Massacre. Rubio further noted the disturbing amount and popularity of “content glorifying the terrorist group Hamas” on TikTok during the ongoing Hamas-Israel conflict. TikTok previously boasted of censoring 500‚000 videos about the conflict‚ but Rubio’s accusations indicate the app’s bias against Israel. The CCP has sided with Hamas in the current conflict. Rubio further accused ByteDance of using TikTok “to spy on American journalists” and claimed that the “company’s CEO blatantly lied under oath when he denied that TikTok stores U.S. user data in China.” The senator sent letters to Google‚ Apple‚ Disney‚ Microsoft‚ Walmart‚ IBM‚ Lionsgate‚ Netflix‚ Amazon‚ Comcast/Xfinity/NBC Universal‚ Paramount‚ Warner Bros‚ Jack in the Box‚ Uber‚ Airbnb‚ Coca-Cola‚ The Washington Post‚ and Sony Pictures. For her Tuesday show‚ CNN NewsNight host Abby Phillip welcomed 1619 Project founder Nikole Hannah-Jones to discuss the fallout of Harvard President Claudine Gay’s Congressional testimony on campus anti-Semitism. Phillip wondered if racism has anything to do with calls for Gay to resign and Hannah-Jones was more than willing to say that it was. Phillip began by nothing “the same voices who are your toughest critics are the ones who are Claudine Gay’s toughest critics and the loudest voices are calling for her ouster.” She then wondered‚ “Do you think that these two things are related‚ this idea of pushing back on diversity and inclusion in higher education and getting the president of Harvard ousted from her position?”     Hannah-Jones was convinced that they were‚ “Oh absolutely‚ so they’re using the guise of pretending that this is about concern over anti-Semitism‚ which is‚ of course‚ something that all of us should be concerned about. It’s really just further their propaganda campaign against‚ you know‚ racial equity.” As for the idea that Gay is a diversity hire‚ Hannah-Jones proclaimed that: So‚ when you think about the fact that Harvard‚ this nation’s oldest university‚ had about a 370-year explicit racial quota of only hiring white men to be the president‚ it’s laughable to think that the first ever Black woman following that unbroken line of white racial quotas is the one who’s unqualified. I mean‚ this is kind of the beauty of how racism works. If you are Black and you don’t achieve‚ if you don’t succeed at the highest echelon‚ it’s because you’re lazy and you’re not smart enough. If you do achieve and you do succeed and you do rise to the top of your profession‚ it’s because you didn’t deserve it. Hannah-Jones continued‚ “So‚ as Toni Morrison said‚ this is all really a distraction. Chris Rufo is not a serious person. He is a person who has been trying to attack what he calls DEI‚ but really any efforts to address racial inequality. He has explicitly said that he does propaganda work. And the fact that we’re all talking about it means that he’s being successful.” Rufo has also accused Gay of plagiarism‚ but moving right along Phillip then wondered‚ “What do you make of the fact that‚ you know‚ there were all these university presidents who were criticized. She wasn’t the only one. But the other presidents weren’t criticized because they were women. They were criticized because of things that they said or did. She is being singled out as someone who is only surviving because of her race. What did you make of that?” One of the other two has already resigned and the other should considering she refused to fully discipline foreign students who harassed Jewish students because of ”visa issues.”  Gay has received most of the attention‚ however‚ because she couldn’t definitively say that calling for Jewish genocide would violate Harvard’s policies against bullying and harassment and when she tried to clean up her mess‚ lamented “I failed to convey what is my truth‚” which naturally raises the question about what she would do if somebody’s else’s “truth” led them to call for such a genocide. Hannah-Jones‚ however‚ had another explanation‚ “Well‚ it’s racist. I mean‚ we have — no one has produced a shred of evidence that shows that the sole qualification that President Gay had was that she is a Black woman. That’s insulting. It defies logic. And the fact that‚ of those presidents‚ who all came under intense scrutiny‚ that only one has been called out as a so-called diversity or affirmative action hire just speaks of a Black woman of this country have gone through historically and continue to go through every day.” On the contrary‚ no other black woman has testified in front of Congress about the need to consider the “context” of calls for genocide against Jews. It also remains to be seen how Biden will be judged for prioritizing Ukraine over domestic issues that directly impact Americans‚ like the border crisis.Biden‚ Zelenskyy‚ and Democrats frame Ukraine funding as an existential problem that‚ if left ignored‚ will inaugurate the second coming of the Soviet Union. Deion Sanders’ season of losses apparently isn’t over. The Colorado head coach has now lost his fiancee‚ Tracey Edmonds‚ who just released a statement clarifying their recent split. "I want to clarify that it was my decision to end the relationship‚ despite any different narratives being presented‚" Edmonds said in an Instagram post. "I've chosen to prioritize myself and my family‚ moving forward towards a future where I am valued‚ treated with honesty‚ and free to embrace the happiness and respect I deserve.” Edmonds deleted the post after the media began to swarm. The post followed joint statements from the pair in which it was made to seem like splitting up was a mutual decision. “Sounds like Tracey Edmonds is trying to let it be known that she wasn’t valued‚ she wasn’t treated with honesty‚ and she wasn’t allowed to embrace the happiness or given the respect that she deserves‚” Jason Whitlock comments. Former intelligence officials among the cabal of Russiagate hoaxers who sought to discredit the New York Post's damning Hunter Biden laptop story ahead of the 2020 election are now begging Congress to reauthorize Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. The former officials' history of misleading the American people has prompted critics to doubt the value of their latest recommendation. On Monday‚ 46 former intelligence officials signed a letter to the House speaker‚ majority leader‚ and minority leader‚ pleading for them to renew Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. Additionally‚ they denounced Arizona Republican Rep. Andy Biggs' Protect Liberty and End Warrantless Surveillance Act‚ which would reform Section 702 and require a warrant for all U.S. person searches. Section 702 of FISA enables the government to spy on non-Americans without first obtaining a warrant. The FBI admitted earlier this year to using Section 702 to target American citizens roughly 278‚000 times in 2021 alone. This law was also exploited by the FBI to spy on members of the Trump campaign in 2016 without probable cause. Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) indicated in a Blaze News piece this week that "backdoor searches under FISA 702 are carried out without any of the safeguards created to protect life‚ liberty‚ and property from the kind of harm that an unrestrained government is uniquely capable of inflicting." Among the signatories of the Dec. 11 letter calling for the renewal of Section 702 through the National Defense Authorization Act were: James Clapper‚ former director of national intelligence under Obama; Glenn S. Gerstell‚ former general counsel for the National Security Agency; Richard H. Ledgett Jr.‚ former deputy director of the NSA; Jeremy Bash‚ the former chief of staff both of the CIA and the Department of Defense; and Michael Morell‚ former acting director of the CIA. These individuals also happened to sign the Oct. 19‚ 2020‚ letter entitled‚ "Public Statement on the Hunter Biden Emails." Their 2020 letter asserted that the Hunter Biden laptop story and the evidence it discussed were likely all an utter fabrication — that the story had "all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation." While willing to admit in the letter to not knowing whether the Hunter Biden emails provided to the New York Post were "genuine" and having no "evidence of Russian involvement‚" Clapper and his cosignatories suggested a "laptop op" designed "to discredit Biden ... would be consistent with some of the key methods Russia has used in its now multi-year operation to interfere in our democracy." Then-candidate Joe Biden used the misleading letter to great effect‚ referencing it in the final presidential debate with former President Donald Trump on Oct. 22‚ 2020. Contrary to the expert opinion of the intelligence partisans‚ the Hunter Biden laptop and its contents — allegedly verified by the FBI as early as 2019 — were ultimately recognized by the Washington Post‚ New York Times‚ and other mainstream outfits as real and as the property of the first son. However‚ this inadvertent acknowledgment that the former intelligence officials were hacks did not occur until well after Biden secured the White House. While five of the Russiagate hoaxers‚ evidently unashamed of their last epistolary collaboration‚ certainly signed the pro-FISA imploration to Congress‚ there may be greater overlap among the signatories‚ as the infamous "intel" letter was also supported by nine unnamed former intelligence community officers. Their Dec. 11 letter asserts that "Section 702 saves American lives and helps keep Americans safe from international terrorist attacks‚ foreign cyberattacks‚ overseas fentanyl suppliers‚ and other threats to our national security." The letter denounces Biggs' proposed reforms to Section 702‚ suggesting they would "prohibit queries that have kept our nation safe"; "undermine cybersecurity efforts"; and grant "unprecedented rights to foreigners." The Protect Liberty and End Warrantless Surveillance Act‚ introduced on Dec. 4‚ has strong bipartisan support. "Substantial reforms to FISA are long overdue‚ and we commend Chairman Biggs for his steadfast commitment to reining in unchecked surveillance of Americans‚" said House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio). Democratic Rep. Jerry Nadler (N.Y.) said‚ "No government agency or surveillance program is free to evade the requirements of the Fourth Amendment‚ and Section 702 as it currently exists does just that. This sweeping‚ bipartisan package of reforms aims to bring these programs back in line with our values and also keep Americans safe from those who seek to do us harm." A campus security supervisor at a California high school has admitted in court that he and a student worked together to make homemade bombs and sell them on social media.On Monday‚ Angelo Jackson Mendiver‚ 27‚ pled guilty to conspiring to engage in manufacturing and dealing in explosive materials and mailing explosive devices‚ said a press release from the U.S. District Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of California. Mendiver also pled guilty to making false statements to FBI agents.According to federal prosecutors‚ Mendiver had partnered with "a male juvenile Bakersfield high school student" to acquire explosive materials‚ use those materials to construct bombs‚ and then peddle those bombs over Instagram. The two would then mail the bombs to purchasers in different states.Mendiver and the juvenile didn't use Instagram just to communicate with clients. They also apparently used it to communicate with each other. In one message‚ Mendiver sent the young man a picture of titanium salute — described in the press release as "an explosive device" — and two videos of other explosives.
