According to a new report‚ Israel Defense Forces (IDF) found children’s Hamas uniforms when they investigated the Kasbah complex in Beit Hanoun. The IDF’s 5th Brigade also found IDF vests as well as Kalashnikov-type weapons‚ grenades‚ cartridges and ammunition boxes‚ and mortar bombs‚ Israel National News reported. Several tunnel shafts were found in homes‚ including one in a school that was the largest tunnel. The indoctrination of Palestinian children in hatred for Israel has been documented for years. Rajaa Al-Halabi‚ the head of the Hamas Women’s Movement‚ said on December 12‚ 2022‚ “Most kindergartens [in Gaza] belong to our sisters in Hamas. Children are raised from a young age on this culture — ‘Allah is our goal‚’ ‘[jihad] for the sake of Allah…’ From infancy‚ children are nurtured to love jihad‚ to want to meet Allah‚ and to love fighting the enemy.’” In 2015‚ speaking on a children’s show on Hamas-owned Al-Aqsa TV‚ young children dressed in military fatigues answered what they wanted to be when they grew up. One said he wanted to be an engineer‚ “so that I can blow up the Jews.” Another added‚ “I shall liberate [Jerusalem] from the Jews by means of the Al-Qassam Brigades.” A Hamas TV cartoon showed Jews being transformed into apes. A review of UNRWA-Produced Study Materials in the Palestinian Territories found UNRWA‚ which reportedly provides education to 533‚000 children‚ had produced material that “consistently ignores the existence of the State of Israel‚” in one instance using demonic imagery‚ with Israeli forces portrayed as a demon sticking its “fangs” in Palestine. One question for fifth graders “states that angels will drag infidels (Jews and Christians) by their hair to hell‚” the review pointed out. NBC News correspondent Guad Venegas was shocked during his reporting at the Eagle Pass‚ Texas‚ border crossing Thursday as he saw firsthand a huge number of migrants illegally entering the U.S. This week‚ Customs and Border Protection have apprehended a record number of illegal immigrants‚ with more than 12‚000 people illegally crossing the border in one day as the Biden administration faces continued calls to address the crisis. During Venegas’ report which aired on MSNBC‚ the correspondent stood by the Eagle Pass border crossing‚ showing a massive crowd of migrants waiting to be processed as more migrants continued to flow across the border‚ according to Mediaite. “These crowds here in Eagle Pass have never been this large during my reporting. This is the most people I’ve ever seen in Eagle Pass‚ and other reporters‚ colleagues working other parts of the border in Arizona‚ [and] in Jacumba near San Diego tell me the same thing‚” said Venegas‚ who grew up in a Mexican American household near the U.S.-Mexico border in Southern California. “We have these conversations and the conversation is always‚ ‘Wow‚ I’ve never seen this number of migrants arriving‚’ and we know from the reports coming from the government with these numbers‚” the NBC News correspondent added. “We have the number of apprehensions‚ the numbers of encounters‚ everything spiking‚ so we don’t know what this will mean moving forward‚ we just know that the numbers are much larger as the resources are spread thin.” Venegas said he was told by Rep. Tony Gonzales (R-TX) that the federal government’s processing centers and area hospitals are overwhelmed by the number of illegal immigrants.  “When the U.S. congressman visited this area‚ Tony Gonzales said that the hospitals are also overwhelmed. So if someone calls 911 and needs to go to the hospital‚ that hospital might be overwhelmed because they’re helping a lot of these migrants‚ so you have that humanitarian crisis happening as well‚” Venegas reported.   The spike in illegal border crossings has caused both Republican and Democratic leaders to urge the Biden administration to take action on the crisis. On Thursday‚ House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) pressed President Joe Biden to use executive orders to secure the border while last weekend‚ Sen. Abbott’s action was criticized by leftist groups and the White House as the American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit claiming the law is discriminatory and will target minorities.

One extremely lucky woman bought a $3.99 vase from a thrift store in Virginia that ended up being worth over $100‚000. Jessica Vincent told CNN that she and her partner have a habit of visiting their local Goodwill store multiple times a week to hunt for hidden treasures. When she spotted the red and green vase‚ she had a hunch it was special. For less than $4‚ it was hardly a gamble. So‚ she handed over the cash and took it home. Instagram “People tell me I have a good eye‚” Jessica said. “You can put me in an aisle with a whole bunch of dollar store stuff‚ and I can pick out the one item with a little bit of value.” After purchasing‚ Jessica took some pictures of her new vase‚ including a snapshot of an insignia‚ and posted them on social media. A glassware group on Facebook quickly responded and shared that she’d unwittingly purchased a piece by artist Carlo Scarpa. He created the vase for an Italian company called Venini in 1942.
