This was insane and hard to watch. A video that has gone viral on X shows the moment an 18-wheeler ran into an electrical worker who was inside the bucket of an electrical truck. In the video, an electrical worker is seen working on a traffic light when an 18-wheeler makes a turn and hits the worker’s bucket. WBRZ shared a video of the truck hitting the bucket as the worker was being hoisted up in it while working at an intersection. Bill Atkinson’s dash camera captured the footage of the incident. You see the truck turn as the worker is in the bucket, and soon after, the truck hits the bucket so hard that it shatters, leaving the worker hanging upside down while his co-workers look on. It appears that the worker was wearing his safety gear, and it may have saved his life in this freak incident. DOTD confirmed it was one of their employees in the bucket. The worker suffered minor injuries but did not require a trip to the hospital, police added. DOTD said it would like to remind people that maintenance work can take place on roadways at any time, during the day or night, and that drivers should always pay attention, be safe, and obey traffic laws.

Hollywood’s elite are starting to feel the crime they helped create through endorsing Democrats. The Los Angeles Police Department has revealed that burglars broke into actor Brad Pitt’s home. The two-time Oscar winner’s home was ransacked on Wednesday night by three suspects who are still on the loose. ABC News had contact with law enforcement sources and had these details to report: Brad Pitt’s Los Angeles home was ransacked by burglars Wednesday night, law enforcement sources told ABC News. Officers responded to the home in the Los Feliz area around 10:30 p.m. PT. Three suspects had jumped over a fence to gain entry to the yard, then broke in through a front window, sources said. The home was “ransacked,” with an unknown number of items taken, according to police. Police are investigating and will utilize any surveillance video from the home and the area. The LAPD did not officially confirm the occupant of the home, but sources confirmed to ABC News that it was Pitt’s residence. It’s unclear if the star was targeted or if, as is often the case, it was just another pricey home that was hit that happened to be his, sources said. The break-in happened about the same time as Beverly Hills police arrested three people allegedly connected to burglaries carried out by South American crews. The arrests followed a vehicle chase and subsequent crash near the city’s famed retail strip, Rodeo Drive, authorities said.

One SSA employee says they saw Coristine with DOGE engineer Aram Moghaddassi, a current X and former Neuralink employee deployed at the agency. The pair was spotted at the SSA cafeteria as recently as Monday, although it’s unclear what day this week Coristine’s employment officially began. “Coristine looked nervous, almost embarrassed,” the SSA source says. “Aram was on the phone with someone … then said ‘Yes I’m with him right now,’ gesturing to Big Balls.’” Coristine and Moghaddassi did not immediately reply to requests for comment. Coristine’s re-hiring comes after a White House official told WIRED on Tuesday that the 19-year-old had resigned from his position in government. A Trump administration official confirms to WIRED that Coristine did indeed resign on Monday, and then was brought back by the SSA later in the week. Notably, Coristine was brought on to the SSA as a special government employee — the same status given to Elon Musk during the several months he led DOGE. The assessment, which has not been previously reported, was produced by the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Pentagon’s intelligence arm. It is based on a battle damage assessment conducted by US Central Command in the aftermath of the US strikes, one of the sources said. The analysis of the damage to the sites and the impact of the strikes on Iran’s nuclear ambitions is ongoing, and could change as more intelligence becomes available. But the early findings are at odds with President Donald Trump’s repeated claims that the strikes “completely and totally obliterated” Iran’s nuclear enrichment facilities. Everyone knows what happens when you drop fourteen 30,000 pound bombs perfectly on their targets: total obliteration.” Trump, who’s in the Netherlands attending this week’s NATO summit, pushed back on CNN’s report in a Truth Social post. “One of the most successful military strikes in history,” Trump wrote in the all-caps post adding, “The nuclear sites in Iran are completely destroyed!” Hegseth, who is also at the NATO summit, said Wednesday the assessment was “a top secret report; it was preliminary; it was low confidence;” adding that there were political motives behind leaking it and that an FBI investigation was underway to identify the leaker. The US military has said the operation went as planned and that it was an “overwhelming success.” It’s obvious that whoever is responsible for this leak didn’t have very good sources in the first place… However, it’s still a huge deal that someone — likely from within the government — is giving away top secret intel to the media. Leaks like this are completely unacceptable, to say the least, and President Trump is absolutely right that whoever it is should be investigated and prosecuted.
