James Woods Makes a Point About the Fascism Mantra

The right and the middle are on the Left’s hit list since they took up with the hardcore left. They send useful idiots to do the communist conditioning we have seen before the fall of other nations. James Woods explains below. Democrats seem totally lost. I keep hoping they will come back to the JFK […] The post James Woods Makes a Point About the Fascism Mantra appeared first on www.independentsentinel.com.

Gutfeld Absolutely Destroys ‘Both Sides’ Argument On Political Violence

Fox News host Greg Gutfeld dismantled the “both sides” argument on political violence during a Wednesday broadcast of the panel discussion show “The Five,” arguing that the people who carry out violent acts are more often driven by leftist ideology. Gutfeld was responding to fellow panelist Jessica Tarlov, who referenced a study that found a predominance of political violence had come from the Right, and he made it clear that he was not buying it. WATCH: ? BREAKING: Greg Gutfeled NUKES FROM ORBIT Jessica Tarlov’s rant that political violence is “both sides.” HE JUST WENT OFF. “Your rationalization of BOTH SIDES…you come and you say, ‘This is a mentally ill loner.’ Well, who do you think does this stuff? It’s not Ben Affleck,… pic.twitter.com/U5ssL3gBnt — Eric Daugherty (@EricLDaugh) September 24, 2025 “Your rationalization of both sides —” Gutfeld began, but Tarlov interrupted. “I’m not rationalizing anything!” she protested. “You have to understand,” Gutfeld pushed back. “Since Kirk’s death, there is no ‘both sides’ anymore.” “Why did the DOJ take down the study that showed how much right-wing extremism —” Tarlov said. “What study was that? Which one? The one in The Economist that was sponsored by a group run by a guy in Antifa!? … You’re walking down a really bad alley right now,” Gutfeld said. He went on to argue that left-leaning media was doing some of the heavy lifting when it came to pushing people toward violent actions. “You label someone a fascist or a racist or a Nazi. It makes you free to attack them. And that has been the ideology from the start,” Gutfeld continued. Tarlov asked about President Donald Trump’s rhetoric, claiming that he was just as bad. “The Left calls Trump a hate monger. They’ve called me a hate monger because I ridicule the Left. I ridicule protesters. I ridicule academia, Hollywood, the news media. I make fun of the view every day. I make fun of the UN. Guess what? No one acts on the things that I say because my side doesn’t do that!” Gutfeld added, going on to note that a lot of people involved in politically motivated violence might have some mental health issues, but that the ideology pushing them to act was more likely to be from the Left. “You come and you say, ‘This is a mentally ill loner.’ Well, who do you think does this stuff? It’s not Ben Affleck, it’s not Tom Brady. People who do this stuff are always that way. The question is, who points them in that direction?” Gutfeld asked. “Why pick ICE? Why pick Charlie Kirk? Why put bombs under Fox trucks? Why vandalize memorials? Why kill kids in Catholic schools?” “Two things can be true. A person can be mentally ill, and you can be guiding him to that place in his life. That is how brainwashing works,” Gutfeld concluded.

Emma Watson Says She ‘Treasures’ J.K. Rowling Even After Transgender Clash

Emma Watson Says She ‘Treasures’ J.K. Rowling Even After Transgender Clash

“Harry Potter” actress Emma Watson said she still respects series creator J.K. Rowling, despite holding opposing views on rights for transgender-identifying individuals. The 35-year-old became famous playing the role of Hermione Granger in the massively popular “Harry Potter” film franchise from 2001 until 2011. She and several of her co-stars, including Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint, have publicly denounced Rowling due to her critical view of transgender activism. Watson expanded on her viewpoints during a recently aired episode of the “On Purpose with Jay Shetty” podcast. When asked about her current thoughts on Rowling, the actress said, “I really don’t believe that by having had that experience and holding the love and support and views that I have, means that I can’t and don’t treasure (J.K. Rowling) and the person that I had personal experiences with.”  Watson continued, saying, “I will never believe that one negates the other and that my experience of that person, I don’t get to keep and cherish. To come back to our earlier thing — I just don’t think these things are either/or. I think it’s my deepest wish that I hope people who don’t agree with my opinion will love me, and I hope I can keep loving people who I don’t necessarily share the same opinion with.” “I think the thing I’m most upset about is that a conversation was never made possible,” she added. Shetty followed up by asking if she was willing to speak with the “Harry Potter” creator, to which Watson replied, “Yeah, and I always will. I believe in that. I believe in that completely.” After Rowling was attacked in 2020 for a series of social media posts taking issue with a story that discussed “people who menstruate” rather than specifying women. She said that “sex is real and has lived consequences,” sparking backlash from fans and “Harry Potter” stars who interpreted Rowling’s comments as anti-transgender rhetoric. Watson released a statement saying, “Trans people are who they say they are and deserve to live their lives without being constantly questioned or told they aren’t who they say they are.”  Earlier this month, “Harry Potter” film director Chris Columbus stated that a reunion of the original cast was unlikely to happen due to political reasons. “It’s never going to happen. It’s gotten so complicated with all the political stuff. Everyone in the cast has their own opinion, which is different from her opinion, which makes it impossible,” he told The Sunday Times, as The Daily Wire previously reported.  “I haven’t spoken to Miss Rowling in a decade or so, so I have no idea what’s going on with her, but I keep very close contact with Daniel Radcliffe, and I just spoke to him a few days ago. I still have a great relationship with all the kids in the cast.”

Charlie Sheen Reflects On Charlie Kirk’s Death: ‘Giant Star In The Night Sky Just Went Dark’

Actor Charlie Sheen shared his thoughts on the loss of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated during a speaking event at Utah Valley University on September 10. The “Two and a Half Men” star is currently promoting his new memoir, “The Book of Sheen.” He appeared on Logan Paul’s “Impaulsive” podcast and spoke about Kirk’s impact, among other things, saying Kirk’s death likely changed the course of history. “It was like a giant star in the night sky just went dark,” Sheen observed. Both Paul and Sheen agreed with what so many others are saying, that Kirk could have become president one day. Sheen also praised Kirk’s style of debate. “He didn’t belittle anyone, he didn’t demean anyone, he didn’t embarrass anyone,” the 60-year-old actor said. “He didn’t go there to, like, be a smarty pants and make you look stupid. He was just like, ‘Hey, man, okay, here’s what I’ve prepared. Here’s what I know, here’s what I believe. Give me your side of it.'” Sheen also discussed how he found out Kirk had been killed during an appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast. “It’s just awful, I don’t remember what I said to Joe,” he told Paul. “Something about if this is where we’ve wound up, this can’t be where we stay. Like, what words can we all attach to this that make it feel better for us or his family, or just the moment – they haven’t been written, have they?” Previously, Sheen compared Kirk’s murder to the assassination of JFK in 1963. “I think, for this generation, that’s their JFK moment,” Sheen told Piers Morgan last week. “If that’s where we’ve wound up, it cannot be where we stay. … It’s too surreal to process it, the unfairness of it. … We can’t keep having days like that moving forward.” Most Hollywood celebrities have stayed silent on Kirk’s murder, or have offered carefully worded statements while clarifying that they did not agree with any of his viewpoints. Even those social media posts have been met with backlash from followers who don’t believe Kirk’s death should be mourned at all.
