A man is walking home from work late at night and encounters a young boy and girl repeatedly crossing a deserted street in a bad neighborhood. They approach the witness in a typical BEK manner.I recently came across the following account:"I still have chills. My encounter doesn’t match 100% to others I’ve heard, but I’m positive it has something to do with these black-eyed kidsSo this is about April 2019. I live in a decent-sized city in the western US. My job at the time was in a restaurant where I worked late nights, sometimes until 1AM. The job wasn’t far from my apartment, so I would walk back every night. My place was in kind of a run-down part of town. Imagine a lot of abandoned lots. Basically, at that time of night, there would be no one around except people like me making their way home.So, I’m walking down the road leading up to my place one night. I’m looking down at my phone, and when I lift my head up, I see these 2 kids, probably 40-50 feet away, holding hands and walking in my direction. This was odd because the road is a pretty straight shot, there wouldn’t have been many alleys or side streets for them to come out of unless they were just hanging out in one of the empty lots. They were too far away to make out details, but I was sure they had to be young kids. This on its own was unsettling, but the way they started behaving after this was what sent me into a caution mode.These 2 stepped off the curb, looked both ways, and crossed the street. There was no need to do that on a completely deserted road, but I thought, 'Whatever, kids are taught to look both ways before crossing.' That would of been fine, except then, after walking maybe 10 more feet, they stepped off again, looked both ways, and crossed back over the side they were just on. They did this 4 or 5 times until they were right in front of me.I could tell at this point it was a boy about 13 and a girl about 9. Their clothing wasn’t exactly like other BEK accounts I’ve heard, where they’re wearing old-timey rags. Instead, they had just these gray pajama-looking things, and white shoes with no logo or brandingNow, I’m a big dude. I’m about 6’1, 240 pounds. I’ve been stopped by all kinds of junkies and weirdos and always thought I could handle myself. Despite that, I felt TERRIFIED of these 2 little kids.They came up to me, and even though their eyes weren’t solid black, their pupils seemed to be very dark and almost had a glow to them.They stopped dead in front of me, and the boy said, “We’re lost. Our parents must be worried”, in a straight monotone voice. You’d think that 2 lost children in the ghetto at 1AM would be frantic and crying. The girl then chimes in, “We need to use the phone at your house. Our parents must be worried.” She talked in the same matter-of-fact way.I told them they could use my cell phone or I could call the police. They didn’t say anything and the boy just said again, “Our parents are worried.”In no other situation would I leave 2 kids there defenseless, but something in my gut told me to get the hell out of there, so I just walked past them.After about a block I looked back, and saw them continuing in the other direction, repeatedly crossing the he street again. A Maryland woman observes a huge cryptid bird near Westover, MD in Somerset County on the Delmarva Peninsula in November 2020.I recently received the following account:"I hope that this e-mail finds you well. My wife told me of an experience she had recently while heading to the camp of the hunting club that she and our son-in-law belong to. What she described to me sounds a lot like a Thunderbird and she's not the only one who saw it. Below is a narrative of what she told me.My wife's sighting/experience happened this past Thanksgiving Day (2020). We did our Thanksgiving celebration the day before as she and our son-in-law headed (they were not traveling together) to their hunting camp on Thanksgiving Day in preparation for the opening day of firearms season for deer the following Saturday. She left in the morning, so the sighting happened in broad daylight (mid-late morning).The sighting took place in Westover, MD. She got off of Rte. 13 and headed east on Revell's Neck Road to where it ends at the intersection of Old Princess Anne Road (not too far of off Rte. 13). When she got to the intersection, she was going to make a left on to Old Princess Anne Road, but when she looked to the right she saw what she described as a very large bird standing in the middle of Old Princess Anne Road. She made the left turn, pulled off to the side of the road, and got out of her truck to observe this bird. She said that it was approx. 70 yards away from her. It was standing in the middle of the road but had its wings spread, which she said was about 80% of the width of the road (which I estimate to be at least 14 feet). She said she observed it from behind (did not see its head, only its back), it had brownish-gray feathers, and the body of the bird was approx. 4 feet in height. She observed it for about 5 minutes before she got back in her truck and headed to the hunting camp, which was not very far from where she saw this bird. She also said that she was not the only one who saw it. She said that while she was standing beside her truck watching the bird, another vehicle that she described as a large service vehicle (like BG&E would use), it was possibly a Delmarva Power vehicle. She said that there were two occupants in the vehicle and that when the vehicle pulled up to the same intersection that she had just turned from, the driver looked at her and she pointed towards the bird. She said that both occupants of the service truck then looked and saw the bird as well. Shortly after that, she got back in her truck and left. She said that it was the largest bird that she had ever seen. She and I are both experienced hunters and we have both seen several species of large birds that are indigenous to Maryland, owls, bald eagles, and herons. Not one of them is anywhere close to the size of the bird that she saw on Thanksgiving day.When she got back from her hunting trip, she was telling me about it and she had no idea about what she saw. I told her that what she described sounded very much like a Thunderbird. I did ask her why she didn't get photos or videos of the bird since she was able to observe it for so long. She said that she didn't even think about it because she was so taken in with what she was seeing and trying to make sense of it. Nonetheless, she's now kicking herself for not getting a photo, which she had plenty of opportunity to do." Two friends in The Philippines encounter a tall, dark, slouched hairy humanoid while driving. They both panicked at the time. The witness wants more information on this creature.I received the following account:"I was staying in The Philippines for a month with an old friend in 2006. We were driving from Pagudpud back to Laoag in the late evening when we stopped to look at something we had seen off the side of the road. This area is quite rural and forested and it's easy to drive on poorly paved roads for a while before encountering another vehicle.Driving at a cautious speed in the tall, surrounding brush that looked a lot like corn stalks amongst a forest we noticed a large dark figure, well around or over 6'5" rushing through the field. Seeing as I hadn't met a single individual past 5'7" in my time at Laoag I freaked out and my friend slammed on the brakes. We both observed it in silence. It looked at us, not menacingly, but there was just an eerie feeling not knowing what the intentions were of this looming figure that could easily rush at and end us (we were only about 30-40 feet away at that point).After about half a minute it just turned back into the stalks heading towards its initial direction. My friend and I sat in stunned silence before we composed ourselves enough to give each other a quick "What? The witness, who were living in Soviet Belarus at the time, saw a hairless, pale humanoid through their window. After reporting it to the KGB, they were forced to relocate and remain quiet!I received the following account:"I never saw a UFO, but I saw an entity mostly associated with UFO. I grew up in the USSR, in now northern Belarus until I was 13 years old. I now live in the United States.41 years ago, my mother and I saw an entity outside looking in at us through the window. It was hairless, pale white, with huge bulging black eyes and it had teeth that were very small, very well spaced, skinny, and pointed. Almost like an angler fish.We hid for hours and until we heard my father drive towards the house. We both looked out the window to see the being and then stood up from behind a wall. It was much taller than a human and it was hiding behind that wall and I believe waiting for us to come outside. My father drove up the driveway, and we saw the silhouette of its body from the back. It was hunched over staring at the car. My father saw it in the headlights and what it looked like perfectly. He drove at it and it ran away into the brush around the house.It never made a sound, it seemed smart but cautious, and the overwhelming feeling I got that night was that it was vicious and violent. My parents spoke with the police as we were so horrified about the encounter. After speaking to the KGB we were relocated and forced never to speak of the event to anyone. Within 30 hours I was living in a new home nearly 100km away.I have searched for so many years for an explanation. I’ve spoken with government officials in Belarus, I have interviewed people who lived near our home more than about 10 years ago. I have no answers." INOTE: I talked to the witness. The following video was forwarded to me by a reader for my thoughts. The video was originally sent to RMSO by the witness. This was a response to a previous video published by RMSO from an expedition in Inyo National Forest at Big Pine Creek.The video seems to show an elk or possibly a herd of elk being followed or stalked by a singular reddish-colored hairy hominin.I have received many reports from hunters of Bigfoot stalking, hunting, and killing elk throughout the United States. Two Manitoba experiencers are driving on a route well-known to them. But then it seems they are caught in a time warp where the normal route is unrecognizable. Then there is more!I received the following account:"This occurred 4 years ago while we were traveling back from Winnipeg to The Pas, Manitoba Canada. Me and my friend 'G' went to Winnipeg for the night (traveled there during the evening and came back the following day at 1pm). The way to Winnipeg was normal, took us 6 hours as usual. I've done this trip numerous times, as The Pas is my hometown which I've recently moved back to from Winnipeg.On the way back the first 3 1\2 hours go by normally. I was driving the speed limit most of the time as it was icy plus snowing. So we came up to the turn-off (where Highway 6 turns off onto the 60) at about 4pm, at this point the conditions were ideal, and the sun was just about at the horizon. It was a beautiful sky with a crimson sun.This is where things got really strange. The first odd instance happened about 20 minutes on this highway. A red van overtook us right before a right turn and rounded a sharp bend. When we came around the bend the van had vanished, and it was a long straight high for a bit. I thought this was weird, but I didn't pay any mind to it nor did I mention it to my friend. Shortly after this, I made a comment about how gorgeous the sky was. By this time the sun was just cresting the horizon at about 11 o'clock angle.It's about 4:45, so we've been on the highway for 45 minutes. This highway takes about an hour till you get to the next turn-off, which is 10 (the final turn-off en route to The Pas). We drive for the next 20 minutes without words just the radio playing. Then my friend G made the comment, " Have you noticed there hasn't been any road signage?" I didn't realize but, there were no signs indicating when a turn was coming up, nor were there any signs in regards to how far we are from towns in kilmeters, no signs whatsoever.At this point, I noticed the sun hadn't moved an inch in the sky. On top of this, we hadn't seen any other vehicle in a while. I thought this was strange, and so did my friend. Unnerved I sped up going between 120-140kph. I started having this overwhelming feeling something was wrong. Then I noticed another anomaly among the other glaring things that were already making this experience really messed up. All the trees were the same height, and the treeline was extremely dense, like a wall of trees. This was scary because I then realized this scenery was not at all what it should be. Where we were should have been a sparse tree line with small ponds and marshland on both sides of the highway.We've been on this highway for 2 hours now, the sun still hasn't moved, still no road signs, no traffic and we're not where we should be. Me and G are stuck on this highway and we're starting to get scared, trying to piece together and figure out what is happening. I've known G my whole life and this experience is undeniably our most terrifying. Out of nowhere, the sun sets unnaturally fast which takes maybe 2 minutes, and we are enveloped in this darkness of a starless night without a moon. I am scared. G is scared.Two 25-year-old men were pretty well shaken, and just when this ominous, oppressive feeling was unbearable, we came to the turn-off, out of nowhere. 3 hours we were stuck on that highway that takes barely over an hour to travel. But it didn't end there.Just when I thought we were returning to normality, I glanced in the rearview mirror because I thought for the first time in three hours I'd seen headlights. I was wrong. In the backseat sitting behind me on the driver's side was a black human silhouette with glowing yellow eyes. G and I both saw it. I couldn't believe what we were experiencing. All of what happened is so unreal and so fantastical sounding, but what you're reading is real and articulated to the best of my ability.The next hour and a half were terrifying and mostly set in silence. We finally pulled into The Pas shortly before midnight. We were stuck for two and a half hours in some sort of limbo with unreal anomalies that made no sense and were totally conscious and aware the whole time making note of the time. A reader/listener describes how she believes that she has had a Guardian Angel her entire life and how it has saved her through several harrowing situations.I received the following account:"Hi, Lon. I'm fascinated by your personal Guardian Angel experiences that you've written about or detailed on your podcasts.I believe I've had a Guardian Angel or something with me my whole life. My mom was hospitalized while pregnant with me, and something from the upper corner of the room calmed her and told her everything would be fine. She was in two car accidents in a year with my brother and I in the car, and she turned to check on us, and we were fine.When I was a teenager, me and a friend got spooked by something in the catwalks of the theater, and I was slipping a lot as I raced down the stairs. I got to the last long flight and I skipped at the top and should have smacked my head and really hurt myself, but I felt a hand between my shoulder blades push me forward. I went from the top to the bottom of the steps without touching them, stumbled forward, and was center stage before my friend was down the steps.My college apartment ghost messed with me, but once let me in when it was raining, my hands were full and I couldn't find my keys.I was at a bar at closing, and since we knew the bartender, we were kind of messing with her and not leaving. Finally, we go, but she's already locked the front and asks us to go out the back. Not a problem. As I'm coming around the front to get to my car I hear screeching tires, a crash, and a bunch of people shouting. I see a lady who had fallen asleep at the wheel rammed into and under the back of my car. If I had gone out the front door I would have been either just getting in or ready to leave, but no seatbelt yet.Another time I was driving home from work, trying to beat a storm. Suddenly the "passenger not wearing a seatbelt" alarm started going off. It didn't make any sense because it never went off when my lunch bag was full, and now it was the end of the day, so it was lighter. I slowed to so I could move it, and within 20 seconds it was raining so hard I couldn't see the tail lights. That same storm I was trying to make it home without stopping, but my gas wasn't going to make it, so I pulled over for gas and to let the storm pass. There was a huge accident I might have been involved in if I had kept going.So something is watching out for me. I've got no explanation. Some could be coincidence, some luck, but all of it is weird. A Washington County, Wisconsin woman encounters a 4-foot-tall hairless upright humanoid near the Holy Hill Basilica & Shrine area. I'd be interested in any further information.The following account was forwarded to me:“At the urging of friends I am reaching out to you about an encounter me and my teen daughter had at about 9:40 pm on September 17, 2014. We were traveling near Highway K and 167 near Holy Hill Basilica, Hubertus, Wisconsin.“I can only say [the creature] was maybe 4 feet tall, hairless, grey/brownish, and running on its hind legs. It seemed to brace for impact as my car barely missed it. Below is the picture I drew as soon as I got home.” MA Facebook user later noted the following information:"The countryside surrounding Holy Hill has more than its fair share of anomalous activity. In 2006, a large bearlike animal with canine characteristics dragged a dead deer from the back of a county contractor’s pickup truck. The authorities recorded the encounter as a “yeti sighting” and started a minor media frenzy, attracting Bigfoot Hunters from as far away as California. Following the Bigfoot clamor, numerous eyewitnesses came forward with sightings of various strange animals ranging in description from the infamous Bigfoot, to odd bear/wolf hybrid creatures.Also nearby is Hogsback Road, an area that local teenagers claim is haunted by an even stranger cryptid, Goatman. Goatman is exactly what he sounds like, a strange humanoid with caprine characteristics. To my eye, this creature, while almost assuredly not a human/goat hybrid, could put someone in mind of the legendary creature, particularly with those very unsettling legs that seem to have backward-bending knees.Stories about Goatman have been told around Washington County campfires and in parked cars since about the late-1960s. While the creature seems to be mostly urban legend, creatures with a blend of human and goat attributes have been reported sporadically across the United States, with the oldest I’m aware of occurring in 1830s Minnesota.“Its elbow was set low on the arm. Legs seemed to bend back at the ankle like a dog’s. Muscles are very defined. Thighs especially. I couldn’t make out the hands because of the way it was running. I couldn’t see the feet as I couldn’t see past the car hood.“Instantly i knew this was something incredible. We were shocked and confused trying to figure out what the heck we just witnessed. We don’t live far from that rural area so we are pretty much freaked out to venture outside when it's pitch black. It’s something we’ll never forget. It was a monumental moment. The vision of this thing is etched in our lives.“I really want to know what that was. It was tangible. Not our imagination. I wish I’d seen the face but it braced itself and tucked its head down. I wish I would have hit it. Not to cause harm, [but just so people won’t think I’m crazy].”Those who have seen the drawing so far have remarked that it looks extraterrestrial to them, likely because of that large head that resembles the classic “grey alien” description given by alleged UFO abductees.I’ve pondered the drawing all weekend, and the only rational explanation I can think of isn’t rational at all. It looks vaguely like a tailless kangaroo or wallaby, but just how did one of those make its way to Southeastern Wisconsin?
