Mark Levin applauds Stephen Miller’s epic takedown of Jake Tapper’s illegal immigration narrative: ‘Who’s going to pick the lettuce?!’

Leftists love to clutch their pearls over the illegal immigrants who harvest our crops, but they never want to talk about the ones who commit violent crimes, the ones who peddle drugs throughout the country, or the ones who are just on the taxpayer dole with no intention of ever contributing to the system. “We just let 20 million people in here; 325,000 kids are missing,” and yet Democrats continue to worry about “who’s going to pick the lettuce,” sighs Mark Levin. CNN’s Jake Tapper is one of those liberals. Thankfully, White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller didn’t let him get away with perpetuating the narrative that the majority of illegal immigrants are working on farms. Levin plays the clip of Tapper’s humiliating experience being schooled with facts on his own show. “The Department of Agriculture says that between 2020 and 2022, 42% of crop workers were undocumented immigrants,” Tapper began. “How does President Trump make sure that the effort to deport people who are not in this country legally doesn't end up hurting Americans who want safe borders, absolutely, but also don't want to see even more higher prices in groceries?” “I'm sure it's not your position, Jake, you're just asking the question, that we should supply America's food with exploitative illegal alien labor,” Miller said with a not-so-subtle hint of sarcasm. “Only 1% of alien workers in the entire country work in agriculture. The top destination for illegal aliens are large cities like New York, like Los Angeles. ... None of those illegal aliens are doing farm work,” he corrected. When Tapper accused him of changing the subject, Miller only got more lethal: “The illegal aliens [Joe Biden] brought in are from Venezuela, from Haiti, from Nicaragua. They are not doing farm work. They are in our cities collecting welfare. As for the farmers, there is a guest worker program that President Trump supports. Over time, as well, we will transition into automation, so we'll never have to have this conversation ever again.” “But there's no universe in which this nation is going to allow the previous president to flood our nation with millions and millions of illegal aliens who just get to stay here, and we are especially not going to allow a subset of those illegal aliens to rape and murder our citizens, so we are going to unapologetically enforce our immigration laws, and as I'm sure you will celebrate, we are going to unleash the power and might of the U.S. government to eradicate the presence of transnational threats on our soil.” All the while Miller was delivering this epic jeremiad, Tapper’s brows were knitted together; he stacked and re-stacked papers with a painful grimace on his face. Levin can’t help but laugh at how Miller easily obliterated the leftist narrative that all illegal immigrants are farm workers all while hinting at the notion that Tapper supports exploitative illegal alien labor and doesn’t care about the dangers facing American citizens. He then breaks down how most foreigners in our agricultural industry are actually doing work legally via work visas. To hear it, and see the footage of Tapper’s brutal schooling, watch the clip above. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth's workout with US special forces is actually way harder than it looks

Newly confirmed Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth participated in a grueling early-morning workout ahead of NATO meetings.During his weeklong trip through Germany, Belgium, and Poland, Hegseth popped in to visit with U.S. special forces members stationed overseas. This included a stop in Stuttgart, Germany, where Hegseth joined the 10th Special Forces Group for morning physical training. The airborne unit, stationed at military installation Panzer Kaserne, is particularly significant and boasts over 70 years of history. The politician posted photos of himself working out with the group and wrote, "Strength equals readiness. Kicked off the day with [physical training] alongside the warriors of 1/10 SFG."He added, "No bureaucracy — just sharp minds, strong bodies, and a mission-first mindset."Hegseth's early-morning workout is not only a big change from what the public is used to seeing from government officials; it is actually way more challenging that it appears to the naked eye.In Hegseth's first photo, he could have been performing either a clean and jerk or a military press (over his head). He was more likely performing a standing chest fly, with a 45-pound Olympic bar and two 25-pound weights; performing any of these exercises outside with 95 pounds, seemingly as part of a circuit, in around 28-38 degree weather, is horrendous. In another photo, Hegseth was using a deadlift bar (up to 55 pounds), along with what appeared to be two 45-pound weights and two 25-pound weights.Deadlifting 195 pounds while trying to keep up with special forces soldiers, in the rain, while jet-lagged is impressive for any human, let alone a 44-year-old government official. The message of health, as rare as it is from the federal government, should not be overlooked. — (@) 'Chasing this illusionary goal will only prolong the war ...'According to Newsweek, Hegseth will soon meet with Polish leaders after having met with with U.S. European Command and U.S. Africa Command. While meeting with NATO on Wednesday, Hegseth revealed that the United States is not willing to dedicate troops to Ukraine and that it should not be expected for the country to return to its borders from before 2014, when its internal conflict began."We want, like you, a sovereign and prosperous Ukraine, but we must start by recognizing that returning to Ukraine's pre-2014 borders is an unrealistic objective," Hegseth said in a video posted to X. He added about Ukraine, "Chasing this illusionary goal will only prolong the war and cause more suffering."The secretary went on to say that durable peace for Ukraine means that the war with Russia must not start again and that Ukraine should not be a member of NATO. He referred to the prospect of a membership as not being "a realistic outcome of a negotiated settlement."Regarding troops on the ground, Hegseth said, "Any security guarantee must be backed by capable European and non-European troops. If these troops are deployed as peacekeepers to Ukraine at any point, they should be deployed as part of a non-NATO mission, and they should not be covered under Article 5."Article 5 refers to the idea that when any NATO member is attacked, it is considered an attack on every member country.pic.twitter.com/1qvUDGS9ZA— Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth (@SecDef) February 11, 2025 Like Blaze News? Apple Watch Series 10 owners are reporting defective speakers

Apple Watch Series 10 owners are reporting defective speakers

If you've been having trouble hearing your Apple Watch Series 10, you're not alone. As spotted by 9to5Mac, reports of defective speakers have been piling up ever since the new Apple Watch model launched in September, without any updates from Apple. This doesn't appear to be a widespread issue but instead a hardware defect impacting a limited number of Apple Watch Series 10 units. Some users explain that they've been experiencing the issue ever since they unboxed the Apple Watch, while others say it sprung up weeks or months after buying the watch. Some of the users who have run into the problem say they've returned multiple watches in an attempt to find one that has a working speaker. Reports of these defective Apple Watch speakers have been popping up on Apple's Community Support site and Reddit in recent months, but the limited responses suggest a majority of Apple Watch Series 10 owners either haven't noticed the problem or aren't affected. "I have an Apple Watch 7, and an Apple Watch 10," said one user on the Apple Support forums this week. "Until I saw an article about the bad speaker possibility on the 10 I never would have noticed I had something wrong, but it appears I do! I recorded voice memos on both watches at the same time and playing them back, the 7 is loud and clear at max volume, while the 10 (also set to max volume) is quiet and sounds like it has a blown speaker." The defective speakers affect the volume across all apps and actions on the device, from music and voice notes to alarms and phone calls. If you always use headphones with the Apple Watch, you might not even know that your device is defective. Apple has yet to acknowledge the issue or offer any potential solutions. If you are dealing with a defective speaker, your best bet is to visit an Apple Store ASAP.
