U.S. Rep. John Rose is a member of the House of Representatives in Washington, D.C. He is from West-Central Tennessee, representing constituents in Tennessee’s Sixth Congressional District. What made news was something his 6-year-old son did while sitting “quietly” behind his dad, “behaving himself.” Things started out well. Their oldest son, Guy, a recent Kindergarten graduate, is with his dad in Washington this week. The younger boy, Sam (3), is home in Tennessee with their mom. In moving to the podium to prepare for his speech, Dad told young Guy to sit quietly and smile for the camera for his little brother. It only took a few moments for the smile to vanish.
