It really is a small world out there. The Brother Comatose is a five-piece bluegrass band formed by two brothers, Ben and Alex Morrison, in the San Francisco area back in 2009. Almost Orwellian in nature, the song is dark and dystopian, yet unfortunately realistic and relatable, as Acuff delves into the ways in which the devil deceitfully infiltrates society and desensitizes the masses to his evil ways. Dealing in temptation, inciting division, fostering addictions, and more, Acuff doesn’t hold back in this one, and the worst part is that it is all so true.
