New Evidence of Obama Administration Conspiracy to Subvert President Trump’s 2016 Victory and Presidency
WASHINGTON, D.C. – On Friday, Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard revealed overwhelming evidence that demonstrates how, after President Trump won the 2016 election against Hillary Clinton, President Obama and his national security cabinet members manufactured and politicized intelligence to lay the groundwork for what was essentially a years-long coup against President Trump.
In the months leading up to the November 2016 election, the Intelligence Community (IC) consistently assessed that Russia is “probably not trying … to influence the election by using cyber means.”
On December 7, 2016, after the election, talking points were prepared for DNI James Clapper stating, “Foreign adversaries did not use cyberattacks on election infrastructure to alter the US Presidential election outcome.”
On December 9, 2016, President Obama’s White House gathered top National Security Council Principals for a meeting that included James Clapper, John Brennan, Susan Rice, John Kerry, Loretta Lynch, Andrew McCabe and others, to discuss Russia.
After the meeting, DNI Clapper’s Executive Assistant sent an email to IC leaders tasking them with creating a new IC assessment “per the President’s request” that details the “tools Moscow used and actions it took to influence the 2016 election.” It went on to say, “ODNI will lead this effort with participation from CIA, FBI, NSA, and DHS.”
Obama officials leaked false statements to media outlets, including The Washington Post, claiming, “Russia has attempted through cyber means to interfere in, if not actively influence, the outcome of an election.”
On January 6, 2017, a new Intelligence Community Assessment was released that directly contradicted the IC assessments that were made throughout the previous six months.
After months of investigation into this matter, the facts reveal this new assessment was based on information that was known by those involved to be manufactured i.e. the Steele Dossier or deemed as not credible. This was politicized intelligence that was used as the basis for countless smears seeking to delegitimize President Trump’s victory, the years-long Mueller investigation, two Congressional impeachments, high level officials being investigated, arrested, and thrown in jail, heightened US-Russia tensions, and more.
“The issue I am raising is not a partisan issue. It is one that concerns every American. The information we are releasing today clearly shows there was a treasonous conspiracy in 2016 committed by officials at the highest level of our government. Their goal was to subvert the will of the American people and enact what was essentially a years-long coup with the objective of trying to usurp the President from fulfilling the mandate bestowed upon him by the American people,” said DNI Tulsi Gabbard. “Their egregious abuse of power and blatant rejection of our Constitution threatens the very foundation and integrity of our democratic republic. No matter how powerful, every person involved in this conspiracy must be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, to ensure nothing like this ever happens again. With reaction to the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard. She declassified this report yesterday and it has many more details. You know, I have this creation of the Russia hoax that you put out on X, that you posted on X, and I'll put it up as you're speaking here.
What is amazing to me as I've gone through this cache of documents you've released, is they concluded just the opposite. They concluded there was no problem, and then all of it—that was the rank and file. These were career people in the intel community. They gave honest assessments.
Then all of a sudden, it ends up in the hands of the leadership, the deep state as we call them, and what happened to it? Can you explain what the process and what these documents reveal?
Yeah, thank you so much, Sean. This is such an important issue and I just want to start by saying that this is an issue that is important to every single one of us as Americans. This is not a partisan issue. It has to do with the integrity and the strength of our democratic republic, and it lays out—this over 100 documents that you're referencing that I released, declassified and released, spells out in great detail exactly what happens when you have some of the most powerful people in our country directly leading at the helm.
President Obama and his senior-most national security cabinet—James Comey, John Brennan, James Clapper and Susan Rice and others—essentially making a very intentional decision to create this manufactured, politicized piece of intelligence with the objective of subverting the will of the American people, who in November of 2016 delivered a historic victory to President Trump, defeating Hillary Clinton.
And President Obama and his team, their goal was to essentially not accept the decision of the American people and to use this manufactured, politicized intelligence as a means to enact what would become essentially a years-long coup against President Trump.
You have gone into great detail over these years of what the effects of this document and this decision have resulted in. Obviously, a years-long Mueller investigation that cost taxpayers almost $40 million, two congressional impeachments, endless smears and attacks against not only President Trump, but his family.
We had senior members of his team who were investigated, some arrested and jailed. We had heightened and increased tensions between the United States and Russia. The list goes on and on about the consequences of President Obama and his senior cabinet members politicizing intelligence, once again, and I say these words very clearly, to enact what was essentially a years-long coup subverting the will of the American people in that election in November.
Now you reference this President's Daily Brief document that was drafted for President Obama in early December that reaffirmed what the intelligence community professionals, as you say, had been assessing for the previous six months leading up to the election, which was that Russia neither had the intent nor capability to essentially hack the outcome of the U.S. election.
As you said, President Obama's political appointees pulled that document before it could be published, and it has not been published until we released it today. And the very next day after they pulled that document, President Obama called a National Security Council cabinet meeting to discuss how Russia interfered with the election.
Again, this is the first—this is December 9th, right? Week of December. President Trump had already won. Correct. This is the December 9th meeting? And the task that came—
That's exactly right. The December 9th meeting. We declassified and released what they call the summary of conclusions from that meeting. Then DNI James Clapper took the lead on what President Obama wanted done, which was essentially create a document that tells us not if, but how Russia interfered with the election.
President Obama delivered the conclusion that he wanted the intelligence community to reach and directed them to find and essentially create and manufacture the intelligence to support the conclusion that President Obama wanted to deliver to the American people.
Once that document was drafted, the deep state kicked into gear and did what they usually do. They started leaking this classified information out to their friends at The Washington Post and others, who are working hand in glove with the deep state to lay the groundwork for the assessment that they eventually released that served as the basis, once again, for this years-long coup with the goal of trying to subvert the American people's will and usurp President Trump from being able to deliver on the mandate that the American people gave to him when they chose to elect him as president of the United States.
So you had career intel people that came to a conclusion that in fact Russia did not interfere, that it had no impact, and they didn't like the assessment. They have this meeting with President Obama at the time and they make the decision, a very conscious decision, to pervert real intelligence, turn it into phony intelligence.
But also simultaneously something else was happening, and James Comey, for example, was warned about the Russian disinformation dossier that was paid for by Hillary Clinton. He was warned not to trust it, but it became the bulk of information for not one but four separate FISA warrants, ruined Carter Page's life, but also backdoored an ability for them to spy on President Trump, candidate Trump and transition team Trump.
Nobody was ever held accountable for that either. Now, to me, it sounds like you have appointed, powerful bureaucrats that just flat out created a narrative that was false to undermine a duly elected president. Now, if that's not a grand conspiracy, I don't know what would be.
Do you see crimes here?
I do, Sean. And I'm referring all of these documents that we have, that we have found and uncovered, referring them to the Department of Justice for further investigation. Accountability and action, not just investigation but action.
Accountability has to take place. The American people's ability to have faith and trust in the integrity of our democratic republic is literally what's at stake, and therefore, the future of our ability to exist as the country that we know it.
This accountability is critical to make sure that this never happens again. Exposing the truth and naming those who are responsible should drive that accountability that has to take place.
I just want to mention quickly, Sean, you mentioned the Steele dossier. That plays a critical, a critical role in these documents that we released, specifically because James Clapper, James Comey, John Brennan—they all knew that the Steele dossier was discredited at this point. It's not something any intelligence professional looked to as something that could be referenced or should be referenced in any intelligence assessment whatsoever.
I know that there were professionals who were told, "Include the Steele dossier in this January Obama-directed manufactured piece of intelligence," and they protested to people like John Brennan and James Clapper. They were shocked that it would even be considered.
The Steele dossier was used in this manufactured assessment that President Obama directed be created along with many other pieces of intelligence that the intelligence community itself for months leading up to the election said, "This is not credible and should not be used at all."

The theme of tonight's show is accountability, and we are starting to get some recently.
Our new reporting up at justthenews.com says that the FBI has opened what they are calling a grand conspiracy probe on the weaponization of government and the Department of Justice, dealing with everything from the Russian collusion hoax back in 2016 right up to Jack Smith's antics nearly a decade later.
It will be investigated as a possible ongoing criminal conspiracy.
A lot of things happened with that. Now, the investigation was opened several weeks ago by FBI Director Kash Patel, and now it might get a big time boost from President Trump.
They need him to declassify tranches of evidence that could signal how the 2016 Russia collusion conspiracy started. We're gonna try to see if we can get President Trump on the show tomorrow night.
We'll keep you posted on it.
Now, remember Hillary Clinton's classified email server? That's what the first piece of evidence is related to, a classified annex to the Inspector General's probe of the Clinton email server.
Now, apparently, that annex is said to show some wrongdoing was done, but it was ignored by the FBI. They didn't look at it.
We'll have a guest on later in the show that can help us understand what that's all about.
The second tranche of evidence also deals with Hillary Clinton, and it was identified before when Russiagate Special Counsel John Durham.
It was placed in a classified annex also. It was dubbed in Durham's report the Clinton Plan Intelligence.
So, the central question is twofold. What did the government know about how Russiagate started, and when did they know it?
Because if they knew it wasn't credible, that Hillary Clinton was behind it, and it was just a dirty trick, and they started to investigate it anyways, it's gonna be a big problem, a big part of that conspiracy.
The ball is now in Attorney General Pam Bondi's court. She can decide to appoint a special prosecutor on this, and if she does, and treats it like an ongoing conspiracy, the statute of limitation for old crimes goes away, and she can impanel a grand jury in a place like Florida, not the District of Columbia.
Why? 'Cause Jack Smith raided President Trump's Mar-a-Lago home in Florida.
So, that'll be a big advantage for the prosecution.

And I think next week, over the next 10 days—days—and the base who's been wondering, "Where's all that accountability?" They're gonna get some big surprises over the next, uh, week, concerning where the conspiracy began, a few weeks before, uh, Crossfire Hurricane was opened, and when it ended, all the way in 2024.
When they were still trying to pursue Donald Trump to keep him from winning the presidency.
There's a big case that's been built by the Justice Department and the FBI. It's been masked by a lot of this infighting and drama and soap opera stuff.
But the truth of the matter is, MAGA base Americans are gonna be happy when they see where this is all heading in the next few weeks. Kash Patel's going nowhere.

And why does this become significant? Because you don't have to necessarily then bring the grand jury or the indictment in Washington, DC, where the 90% Democrat jury pool probably won't convict even if they had a murder.
It allows them to go to some place like Florida. One act of the overt conspiracy could very well be, Steve, that they raided, um, President Trump's, uh, Mar-a-Lago house with false pretenses.
And then you can bring the grand jury in Florida. You can bring the indictment in Florida, because an overt act of the conspiracy occurred there.
Maybe several overt act of the conspiracy occurred there. You don't have to have a all blue jury in Washington, DC that has Trump derangement syndrome.
So, this has been going on behind the scenes.
I've been working on this. I decided tonight to get some of this out they've been talking about in my show.
This is a really big deal. Now, who becomes the special prosecutor? How far ranging is it?
That's to be determined by the scope memo that a Pam Bondi would, would write.
But there is some work on a scope memo that's been done already, and there is an enormous opportunity for those of us who've been calling for accountability to see a path to it for the first time.
A legitimate path. Not, not smoke, not mirrors. A legitimate path to accountability.
Also, let me just ask you, on this, uh, conspiracy. Does that mean 'cause people talk about the statute of limits, and you can only get Brennan for, uh, perjury, lying to Congress—
Right.
—that you can't get him for everything involved in Crossfire Hurricane—
Yeah.
—everything involved, uh, with the nullification project, the Russian hoax.
Are you saying by being a criminal conspiracy that's still ongoing, that we can go back in time 10 years and still get Brennan and still get all these guys for more serious charges of conspiracy to, of a coup d'etat, sir?
That's how conspiracy cases can work. You can, uh, charge a series of events into a larger conspiracy and go back beyond the window of time that, uh, the normal statute of limitations for any single crime occurred.
And keep in mind, some, uh, there's also—
The prosecutors can make a very powerful argument that if you didn't know the crime had occurred 'cause it had been hidden, the statute of limitations could actually reset for a period of time.
But I think the most likely scenario is a large conspiracy case, um, uh, and it starts, uh, in the middle of July 2016, when, uh, John Brennan walks into President Obama 2 weeks before or a, a few days before Crossfire Hurricane is launched and said,
"Hey. We have this intercept, intercepted information that Hillary Clinton has, um, uh, authorized a, um, uh, a program to make it look like Donald Trump's a Russian spy and Vladimir Putin is helping him."
President Obama and, uh, Brennan knew before the FBI opened up on that information that this was a dirty trick by Hillary Clinton.
That would be the first overt act, and then it would carry all the way through, uh, a Ukraine impeachment.
It could go into the FBI refusing to look at, uh, the Chinese interference in the 2020 election as one of the overt acts.
They didn't wanna help Donald Trump, so they ignored a potential counterintelligence threat.
It allows for a very large series of events to be wrapped into a single conspiracy, and all of them to be brought into the indictment.
