She declassified this report yesterday and it has many more details. You know, I have this creation of the Russia hoax that you put out on X, that you posted on X, and I’ll put it up as you’re speaking here. What is amazing to me as I’ve gone through this cache of documents you’ve released, is they concluded just the opposite. They concluded there was no problem, and then all of it—that was the rank and file. These were career people in the intel community. They gave honest assessments. Then all of a sudden, it ends up in the hands of the leadership, the deep state as we call them, and what happened to it? Can you explain what the process and what these documents reveal? Yeah, thank you so much, Sean. This is such an important issue and I just want to start by saying that this is an issue that is important to every single one of us as Americans. This is not a partisan issue. It has to do with the integrity and the strength of our democratic republic, and it lays out—this over 100 documents that you’re referencing that I released, declassified and released, spells out in great detail exactly what happens when you have some of the most powerful people in our country directly leading at the helm. President Obama and his senior-most national security cabinet—James Comey, John Brennan, James Clapper and Susan Rice and others—essentially making a very intentional decision to create this manufactured, politicized piece of intelligence with the objective of subverting the will of the American people, who in November of 2016 delivered a historic victory to President Trump, defeating Hillary Clinton. And President Obama and his team, their goal was to essentially not accept the decision of the American people and to use this manufactured, politicized intelligence as a means to enact what would become essentially a years-long coup against President Trump. You have gone into great detail over these years of what the effects of this document and this decision have resulted in. Obviously, a years-long Mueller investigation that cost taxpayers almost $40 million, two congressional impeachments, endless smears and attacks against not only President Trump, but his family. We had senior members of his team who were investigated, some arrested and jailed. We had heightened and increased tensions between the United States and Russia. The list goes on and on about the consequences of President Obama and his senior cabinet members politicizing intelligence, once again, and I say these words very clearly, to enact what was essentially a years-long coup subverting the will of the American people in that election in November. Now you reference this President’s Daily Brief document that was drafted for President Obama in early December that reaffirmed what the intelligence community professionals, as you say, had been assessing for the previous six months leading up to the election, which was that Russia neither had the intent nor capability to essentially hack the outcome of the U.S. election. As you said, President Obama’s political appointees pulled that document before it could be published, and it has not been published until we released it today. And the very next day after they pulled that document, President Obama called a National Security Council cabinet meeting to discuss how Russia interfered with the election. Again, this is the first—this is December 9th, right? Week of December. President Trump had already won. Correct. This is the December 9th meeting? And the task that came— That’s exactly right. The December 9th meeting. We declassified and released what they call the summary of conclusions from that meeting. Then DNI James Clapper took the lead on what President Obama wanted done, which was essentially create a document that tells us not if, but how Russia interfered with the election. President Obama delivered the conclusion that he wanted the intelligence community to reach and directed them to find and essentially create and manufacture the intelligence to support the conclusion that President Obama wanted to deliver to the American people. Once that document was drafted, the deep state kicked into gear and did what they usually do. They started leaking this classified information out to their friends at The Washington Post and others, who are working hand in glove with the deep state to lay the groundwork for the assessment that they eventually released that served as the basis, once again, for this years-long coup with the goal of trying to subvert the American people’s will and usurp President Trump from being able to deliver on the mandate that the American people gave to him when they chose to elect him as president of the United States. So you had career intel people that came to a conclusion that in fact Russia did not interfere, that it had no impact, and they didn’t like the assessment. They have this meeting with President Obama at the time and they make the decision, a very conscious decision, to pervert real intelligence, turn it into phony intelligence. But also simultaneously something else was happening, and James Comey, for example, was warned about the Russian disinformation dossier that was paid for by Hillary Clinton. He was warned not to trust it, but it became the bulk of information for not one but four separate FISA warrants, ruined Carter Page’s life, but also backdoored an ability for them to spy on President Trump, candidate Trump and transition team Trump. Nobody was ever held accountable for that either. Now, to me, it sounds like you have appointed, powerful bureaucrats that just flat out created a narrative that was false to undermine a duly elected president. Now, if that’s not a grand conspiracy, I don’t know what would be. Do you see crimes here? I do, Sean. And I’m referring all of these documents that we have, that we have found and uncovered, referring them to the Department of Justice for further investigation. Accountability and action, not just investigation but action. Accountability has to take place. The American people’s ability to have faith and trust in the integrity of our democratic republic is literally what’s at stake, and therefore, the future of our ability to exist as the country that we know it. This accountability is critical to make sure that this never happens again. Exposing the truth and naming those who are responsible should drive that accountability that has to take place. I just want to mention quickly, Sean, you mentioned the Steele dossier. That plays a critical, a critical role in these documents that we released, specifically because James Clapper, James Comey, John Brennan—they all knew that the Steele dossier was discredited at this point. It’s not something any intelligence professional looked to as something that could be referenced or should be referenced in any intelligence assessment whatsoever. I know that there were professionals who were told, “Include the Steele dossier in this January Obama-directed manufactured piece of intelligence,” and they protested to people like John Brennan and James Clapper. They were shocked that it would even be considered. Our new reporting up at justthenews.com says that the FBI has opened what they are calling a grand conspiracy probe on the weaponization of government and the Department of Justice, dealing with everything from the Russian collusion hoax back in 2016 right up to Jack Smith's antics nearly a decade later. It will be investigated as a possible ongoing criminal conspiracy. A lot of things happened with that. Now, the investigation was opened several weeks ago by FBI Director Kash Patel, and now it might get a big time boost from President Trump. That's what the first piece of evidence is related to, a classified annex to the Inspector General's probe of the Clinton email server. Now, apparently, that annex is said to show some wrongdoing was done, but it was ignored by the FBI. They didn't look at it. The second tranche of evidence also deals with Hillary Clinton, and it was identified before when Russiagate Special Counsel John Durham. It was placed in a classified annex also. It was dubbed in Durham's report the Clinton Plan Intelligence. So, the central question is twofold. What did the government know about how Russiagate started, and when did they know it? Because if they knew it wasn't credible, that Hillary Clinton was behind it, and it was just a dirty trick, and they started to investigate it anyways, it's gonna be a big problem, a big part of that conspiracy. The ball is now in Attorney General Pam Bondi's court. She can decide to appoint a special prosecutor on this, and if she does, and treats it like an ongoing conspiracy, the statute of limitation for old crimes goes away, and she can impanel a grand jury in a place like Florida, not the District of Columbia. That's to be determined by the scope memo that a Pam Bondi would, would write. But there is some work on a scope memo that's been done already, and there is an enormous opportunity for those of us who've been calling for accountability to see a path to it for the first time. Are you saying by being a criminal conspiracy that's still ongoing, that we can go back in time 10 years and still get Brennan and still get all these guys for more serious charges of conspiracy to, of a coup d'etat, sir? That's how conspiracy cases can work. You can, uh, charge a series of events into a larger conspiracy and go back beyond the window of time that, uh, the normal statute of limitations for any single crime occurred. And keep in mind, some, uh, there's also— The prosecutors can make a very powerful argument that if you didn't know the crime had occurred 'cause it had been hidden, the statute of limitations could actually reset for a period of time. But I think the most likely scenario is a large conspiracy case, um, uh, and it starts, uh, in the middle of July 2016, when, uh, John Brennan walks into President Obama 2 weeks before or a, a few days before Crossfire Hurricane is launched and said, "Hey. We have this intercept, intercepted information that Hillary Clinton has, um, uh, authorized a, um, uh, a program to make it look like Donald Trump's a Russian spy and Vladimir Putin is helping him." President Obama and, uh, Brennan knew before the FBI opened up on that information that this was a dirty trick by Hillary Clinton. That would be the first overt act, and then it would carry all the way through, uh, a Ukraine impeachment. It could go into the FBI refusing to look at, uh, the Chinese interference in the 2020 election as one of the overt acts. They didn't wanna help Donald Trump, so they ignored a potential counterintelligence threat. Were they teasing that they would be releasing a remastered version of the album, as of yet not available on Spotify? Or were the famously on-again, off-again duo announcing that they were reuniting in their twilight years, as Nicks had once suggested they would do? The fact is, it doesn’t matter what they were teasing. The world perked up when they teased. Weirdly, today, that’s not entirely unsurprising. Buckingham and Nicks rose to fame, not with their titular album, but when they joined Mick Fleetwood and John McVie’s blues rock band in 1974 — seven years after it formed — and lent their sound to the otherwise average project, propelling Fleetwood Mac into stardom. After “Rumours” dropped in 1977, it was clear that Fleetwood Mac would forever be famous. By the time Bill Clinton replaced the Democratic Party’s theme of “Happy Days Are Here Again” — chosen by Franklin Roosevelt in 1932 — with the band’s “Don’t Stop,” it was clear that the Fleetwood Mac had made it. But that’s not why people cared about Buckingham and Nicks’ posts. In recent years, the band — and its tumultuous lead duo — has become a bit of a phenomenon among millennials and Gen Z. It started, perhaps, with a viral 2020 TikTok in which Nathan Apodaca filmed himself longboarding down the road while drinking cranberry juice and listening to “Dreams.” It continued as denizens of “BookTok” fell in love with Taylor Jenkins Reid’s “Daisy Jones And The Six,” a novel inspired by the band that became an equally popular Amazon Prime series. Still, that’s not enough to explain the Fleetwood Mac renaissance among a generation whose parents grew up thinking of the band as a staple of classic rock radio. Really, the revival has to do with a single performance of a song the band never actually released. “Silver Springs” was cut from “Rumours,” though contemporary fans of the song likely struggle to understand why. In it, Nicks chides a former romantic partner, “Time cast a spell on you, but you won’t forget me/I know I could have loved you/But you would not let me.” It’s clear to anyone who knows the tangled romantic history of Fleetwood Mac that Nicks is singing to Buckingham, a point made abundantly clear by the now-viral clip from the band’s 1997 concert film “The Dance” in which she stares down the guitarist, who almost fumbles his solo as she spits “you’ll never get away from the sound of the woman that loves you.” It’s a striking scene, and an incredible performance. But why, one wonders, did this particular clip gain so much traction in recent years? For as long as Fleetwood Mac has been famous, it’s been known that its members had been cheating on each other — often with each other — and writing their romantic vicissitudes into their songs. Why is it that, almost half a century after the release of a best-selling album that contained the  biting “Go Your Own Way” and the cheeky “You Make Loving Fun” — a song that the late Christine McVie wrote about having an affair with the band’s lighting director and told her husband and bandmate John McVie was about their dog — a single music video ignited an entirely new fervor for the band with a generation that would have otherwise viewed these songs as their parents’ music? At first glance, it’s easy to write the Fleetwood Mac revival off as another TikTok phenomenon. The cranberry juice-swilling longboarder lit the match, and the fire spread throughout social media. But there is something about young people’s embrace of “Silver Springs” and the entire Fleetwood Mac oeuvre that makes it different from, say, the recent popularity of Connie Francis’s “Pretty Little Baby.” Teenagers who adopted the late crooner’s hit as a TikTok sound didn’t do so because they yearned for the chippy vibes of the 1950s — they did so because, like so many other social media trends, someone started it and they followed. No, the re-embrace of Fleetwood Mac is more earnest. New fans delight not just in the music, but in the rawness of the performance, the expression of emotion performed by jilted lovers, yearning hearts, once and future friends, Perhaps we should not be surprised that Gen Z embraced Fleetwood Mac for these reasons. After all, this is a generation that is not having sex, drinking, doing drugs, or even driving their own cars. It’s understandable that they would yearn for something more real, more primal, more exciting than what they’re used to. Smothered by helicopter parents and numbed by antidepressants, it makes sense that young people today would latch onto a band known for its almost comical licentiousness, fueled by drugs meant to exacerbate emotions, not control them. It helps, of course, that Fleetwood Mac is an incredible band. Stevie Nicks is a generational performer, her voice made for belting in an arena while doing a witchy dance. Lindsey Buckingham is one of the great guitarists, and his solos, both passionate and elegant, never distract from his vocal prowess. And then there’s the rest of the band, who are made all the more likable by the fact that they exist in the shadows of their leaders’ steely glares and rocky pasts. It’s tempting to say that Buckingham and Nicks know what they’re doing. And of course, to a certain extent, they do. Whether they’re announcing a romantic reunion, a tour, a remaster, or some combination of the three, the pair is certainly aware of their image as a couple, and use it to their advantage. Watch Fleetwood Mac perform, however, and it quickly becomes clear that the fiery core of the band that has spawned a new generation of fans has little to do with the band’s performative element. Of course Buckingham and Nicks glare at each other while performing “Silver Spring,” a song entirely about their breakup. But watch their performance from the same concert of “The Chain” — the only song on “Rumours” for which the entire band is credited, a hodgepodge of various songs each member was working on at the time they recorded — and you’ll see why the memes have made such an impact. Nicks is glaring at Buckingham like she hates him. Christine McVie looks morose behind her keyboard, while her ex plucks the bass, emotionless. And all the while, Mick Fleetwood bangs on his kit with a wide-eyed, open-mouthed expression that really cannot be described better than “I LOVE DRUMS!!!!!” True rockstars are dying. Most of those still performing, like the Rolling Stones, have become punchlines because they are so clearly superannuated. But not Fleetwood Mac. Mick Fleetwood is 78. Stevie Nicks is 77. Lindsey Buckingham a sprightly 75. They’re not jumping around like Bruce Springsteen, nor are they aging into respectable rocker tenure like Paul McCartney. No, the members of everyone’s favorite transatlantic blues rock pop band are simply doing their thing, musically and personally. It’s why a bunch of twenty-somethings are as excited about their coquettish trysts as they are about their now-classic tracks. Fleetwood Mac is simply, unequivocally, unchangeably real. They began as a totem of a rollicking and troubled generation. They became a cautionary tale for the same cadre as they aged. And now, in their golden years, they are a beacon for a new generation removed enough to see their promiscuity as fascinatingly anachronistic as their honest instrumentation. So, are Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham getting back together? It really doesn’t matter. They’ve been given a new life, and their music has inspired a new generation to go their own way. That’s a legacy that means more than any of their songs or personal squabbles. And boy does it still sound great.

Conservatives are calling for accountability and the prosecution of bad actors involved in the Russian collusion hoax outlined on Friday by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard. Gabbard declassified documents revealing the Obama administration changed intelligence assessments after the 2016 election to create a narrative of Russian interference, despite earlier intelligence community findings that Russia “did not impact” the election through cyber activities, The Daily Wire reported. “Every person involved in this conspiracy must be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” Gabbard asserted, adding that she was “providing all documents” to the Department of Justice to deliver “accountability.” Conservatives underscored the gravity of the report, while noting it was just more confirmation to what the public has known for years. Was President Joe Biden aware of who he was pardoning in the final days of his presidency? Or were White House staffers behind the unprecedented string of autopen signings? In recent weeks, evidence has been mounting that the former president may not have been in the loop, which is, to be charitable, problematic. Luckily for us, the folks at NBC News jumped into action with a story headlined, “Lead investigator into Biden’s use of an autopen signed letters with a digital signature.” In it, reporters Ryan Nobles and Melanie Zanona make an inane equivalence between lead investigator Rep. James Comer signing PDFs using a digital signature—a completely legal thing to do—and Biden allegedly allowing his staff to issue blanket presidential pardons for thousands of people without knowing the names or crimes of the recipients. As anyone who works in an office can tell you, one of these instances is done for practical reasons. Unless you print, sign, and rescan every single letter you send, the only way to sign a PDF is to use a digital signature. The other signature was used to administer an awesome plenary constitutional power used by the president, and only the president. It’s not just NBC News. Rather than investigating a possibly immense political scandal, many in the media pedantically focused on the “autopens.” It’s not the impersonal nature of the digital signing that’s the real problem. It’s that the impersonal nature of the autopen may have allowed staffers to hijack a constitutional power because the president probably didn’t know what year it was. A story that the legacy media covered up. Does anyone believe Comer was unaware of what the letters he sent entailed? “Republicans alleging that Biden’s occasional use of an ‘autopen’ to sign documents—a practice other presidents have done as well—demonstrated that he wasn’t fully in control or aware of what his administration was doing,” NBC News writes. No, they are alleging that Biden had no idea what was going on because we now have a catalog of documented events in which the former president was clearly incapable of performing the most rudimentary tasks of his position. That is why he withdrew from the 2024 presidential race. Hadn’t we all moved on from pretending otherwise? Every pardon, autopen or not, must have the consent of the president. Biden granted clemency and pardons to over 1,500 people in one day. He told The New York Times this week that he “made every decision” on his own. But former White House officials have already stated that the pardons were in such large batches and were based on “broad categories” that reviewing each case was impossible. Emails show that then-White House chief of staff Jeff Zients approved the autopen use. Now, anyone who’s spent five minutes in Washington understands what happened here. Democrats sent NBC News the story to deflect from the scandal, and helpful reporters puffed it up with pseudojournalistic lingo and close-ups of Comer’s signature to create the illusion of a big scoop. This process has been repeated endlessly over the past decade. We already know that the White House’s pardon and clemency signing are corrupt. Biden preemptively handed out 10-year blanket pardons to his family, who profited in the millions from influence-peddling schemes. He also created a dangerous precedent by preemptively blanket pardoning allegedly innocent political allies such as Mark Milley, Anthony Fauci, Bennie Thompson, and Liz Cheney. Still, it seems unlikely that there will be any legal repercussions for the autopen scandal. Presidents are empowered to delegate signatures by autopen to classes of criminals if they desire. Considering what happened in the White House, it is likely that aides would have guided Biden’s fragile hand into signing 8,000 pardons personally, if needed. That doesn’t mean the public doesn’t deserve a full accounting of what went on in the White House. We already know that the legacy media hadn’t really “missed” Biden’s inability to perform the most rudimentary presidential duties. Most of them were participating in the cover-up. They still are.
